    I have the original ze8000, they sound fantastic, they are a music first TWS, not really for people who shop for earphones like its a game of Top Trumps. I mainly use mine at home, I prefer them to some of my pricier wired IEMs.

    Large driver and AB amplification - the sound has to come at the cost of battery. Clealy not fir day-long use. No one listens to music on wireless the whole day anyway.

    honestly, ANC to me is not a selling point also Qi charge, sound quality to me is the important selling point, don't care even the mic, so putting that aside, do you recommend this for listening music? I'm also thinking in buy the Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9, wich one do you recommend? thanks

  • @alejandroelcid
    @alejandroelcid 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    I wonder how it stacks up compared to other audio-first TWS. Based on the review it reminds me of my Sparks, lacks features but it makes up for it in sound quality. I think that would be how TWS like these should be compared, not with TWS that are feature rich and mainstream, both categories target different demographics. My question is how do these compare to the Swan AW-75? That's another pair made for sound rather than for life conveniences.

      quite similar, abit muddier/more veiled but very similar in sense both very 'as it is'
      great if you want to listen realistic or your iem original sound only, its not always a good thing/best option but reliable (cant go wrong)

    • @PantsaBear
      @PantsaBear 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Cant speak for the MK2, but the original ZE8000 was very warm sounding with still very good detail retrieval, especially if you just add a little treble EQ in the app. Id actually equate it most to the HD600 as far as TWS IEMs go. TWS is usually all about neutral or v shaped, so the ZE8000 was a great departure from that and compliments my other IEMs well

    Excellent review! Some real-world usage thoughts from someone who has used all the highest-end earbuds from Apple, Bose, Sony, Samsung, Bang & Olufsen, Jabra, Bowers & Wilkins, and Sennheiser.
    The price itself isn't the issue for me. If these are truly the best-sounding earbuds, then the price is justifiable. However, the subpar featureset - average noise-cancelling, no wireless charging, older version of Bluetooth - makes me want to skip on these earbuds.
    The Sennheiser Momentum TW 3 are the best-sounding earbuds, by far. But with laughingly bad noise-cancelling, it didn't take long for them to end up in my junk drawer of 30+ earbuds.
    I almost exclusively use true wireless earbuds when I'm out and about. Even if the earbuds sound amazing, when there is outside noise interrupting my audio experience, the audio is greatly affected in a negative manner. Because of that, good noise-canceling is direly needed. Thus, I would rather have superior noise cancellation and slightly worse audio because that still results in better audio overall.
    When I'm alone in my house where it's quiet, I use my headphones and IEMs anyway, so I would have no use for these Final wireless earbuds.

    • @PantsaBear
      @PantsaBear 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not saying this is you, but I feel like most people saying noise cancelling is unusable on the Sennheisers just aren't using tips that work for them. A lot of these TWS IEMs are 80% passive noise isolation due to good seal and 20% active noise canceling from the buds themselves
      Noise cancelling on the ZE8000 Mk1 was fine for me using for gym use, even when crowded. It isnt completely silent, but it wasnt something that Id avoid using them for. I also own every model Sony XM series earbud and yeah that cancels noise better, but only marginally so and the sound before the newest Wf1000xm5 was way too dark and bassy even with EQ. The XM5s are more neutral so its better, but when listening to warm sounding music theres still nothing like the ZE8000

    • @VicInCommentSection
      @VicInCommentSection 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@PantsaBear I agree that passive noise isolation plays a huge role. I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 as soon as it was released, thought they had poor noise-cancellation, but decided that maybe it's the tips. Thus, I waited for Comply Foam, a third-party company that makes earbuds tips, to release their Comply product for the Sennheiser earbuds. Even after that, the noise cancellation was still subpar. And by then, it was too late to return the earbuds, so it's been in my graveyard drawer of earbuds for 1.5 years.

      @@gammarust after trying app2, liberty 4nc, XM4, earfun free 3 anc, Bose QC ultra, Jlab Epic Edition and many under $100; the only one still with me is the Status Between 3ANC: that says it all. So when I heard this review I’m like if sound quality, volume, clarity and bass matter then I got it all with 3 ANC plus multipoint, EQ, ambient, etc… So at $200.00 3ANC is by far the best. Sure not the best at phone calls and few other features but sound quality: unmatched yet

    • @dzmj3407
      @dzmj3407 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@reklovjj I have the Between 3ANCs, Momentum MW3s, Soundpeats Opera 05, 1MORE EVO, etc. Curious about the JLAB EPIC Edition. How were those in your opinion? (bass, overall sound stage, ANC strength), etc.
      Thanks!

    • @reklovjj
      @reklovjj 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@dzmj3407 I’m answering listening from them now; got them an hour ago. They’re good sound quality clarity, separation, good bass, decent NC and ambient modes, etc… I see a main issue: its price point: $200.00! A crowded field with too many good to great devices better than this Epic Edition.
      Versus 3ANC for example, Epic’s sounds quite a bit lower in punch, volume, clarity over stage sound. Then of course ANC3 beats just about any devices below and above $300.00 range. Then comes app2 at $200.00 which are better than Epic in so many ways…
      Epic is good but doesn’t offer anything competitors don’t already offer. So then devices like Liberty 4NC can do as good for half the price… tough segment indeed
      Again if top sound quality with punch, clarity and high volume without distortion is your thing, only one winner: Between 3ANC!
      Here are the top in various other features other than sound quality:
      Call quality app2, Jabra Elite 10
      NC: XM4/5, Bose QC, etc…
      App: Soundcore, Sony,
      Spatial/immersive: Sony, Bose Ultra
      Please note tomorrow AZ80 comes so not sure where they’ll rank.
      Hope this helps
      btw: didn’t even try M3 has Senn M4 while great sound was returned due to lack of volume…

      Hi guys! I have over 100 earbuds. I have them all. For sound quality here is my top 5:
      1. B&O ex
      2. Devialet gemini 2
      3. Status audio between 3 anc (yes, for the price they are unbeatable)
      4. B&O eq
      5. Noble fokus mystique
      For the price/value the between 3 anc and the sennheiser momemtum 3 are the best one.
      Hope this help.

    out of my price range but considering some of the higher end buds out there (or at least the well known ones like the Sonys or Apple earbuds) .. say $299 to $399 is $100 more but not a huge "OMG" sort of increase if you have the money to spend. If it was say north of $500 .. then i'd say that seems high

    • @Xmetalfanx
      @Xmetalfanx 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      was watching still when i typed that .. the ANC not being "the best" for this price range makes me change my view a tad ... this should be at least somewhat on par ANC wise with those others ... THOUGH (watching still) you haven't gotten to the sound yet .. that may justify things more even if ANC isn't the best

      I wouldnt call it muddy, but it is warmer sounding and not a sparkly or v shaped sound. I wouldn't call it a negative, just the tuning they went with
      I agree about the volume although it wasnt too bad. Did wish it had another 2 or 3 notches more of volume, so it seems they heard feedback on that one
      The Final exclusive ear tips are... not great. They fit me but more options for tips is always better for proper seal
