I actually find these vids in support of Jeannie. Linsey stated Jeannie forced Freddy to take selfies and didn't try to spend quality time with him on vacations. She also tried to make Jeannie greedy and money-hungry. This video shows that Jeannie is level headed and pragmatic when it comes to understanding finances within a marriage. Last weeks video showed that Freddy declined Jeannie's invitation to spend quality time together while on vacation so Jeannie took her own selfies. The real is just trying bring receipts on Jeannie's behalf. A lil messy, but so far doesn't seems to be coming from a negative place.

To be honest looking back at this footage and seeing how far Adrienne has come... I genuinely believe her and Israel have brought out the best in each other since they've been married ! She's been shining REAL bright since becoming a married woman ! But the topic referring to Premarital Advice for anyone needing it right now.... even though I'm not married yet ( I'm 17 right now ) I will say this : try to do things that are not repetitive! Always try to do new things , spice things up every once in a while try to do things that you haven't done with each other as a couple ! Examples : ladies if your man likes basketball , probably watch a little bit of NBA with him
Fellas , if your woman would like to go see a movie that might seem "girly" if you love her then go with her !Sometimes in relationships you have to do thing you don't necessarily like ! COMPROMISE IS KEY !

My advice is to love your husband the way HE needs to be loved. Its easy as women to love the way we think is best. But I learned that what I was doing wasnt what my husband was craving. It wasnt his love language. For instance, my love language is words. Such as "Im so proud of you." "You look amazing!" "I adore you." And so on. But my husbands is touch. Not just sexually. He loves to be loved on. Hugged and kissed often. He loves to hold hands and have me hold him sometimes. He loves to cuddle and just be "babied" sometimes haha
I am not a huge touchy feely person. Its just not what I need. But I had to learn to show my husband my love the way he needed . Just as my hubby, who isnt very good with his romantic words, had to learn to romance me through them haha
Abbie Ruth this was so helpful Abbie! I recently realized that I keep falling prey to loving my husband in a way I think he should appreciate. And when he either doesn’t reciprocate or appreciate it in a way that I imagined , I get my feelings hurt.
@@TheQuaah Totally me for a very long time. I never understood why my husband never seemwd to be happy with how I showed him I loved him. I thought I was doing ao much and he should appreciate it. Didnt realize I juat wasnt giving him what he needed. He was starved for touch. And it made him depressed. Its been so much better now that I know what he needs. And how to give it to him. And visa versa.

@T Y Haha not at all. It wasnt about hugging him. It was about affection from his women. I think any man who has a wife or a girlfriend who doesnt return the affection he so readily gives can make them feel unwanted. Same for women too. Thankfully in the beginning of our relationship through our communication as a couple I realized how I made him feel and corrected it. Because I was doing it without knowing. :) and 4 years later, Im happy to say we have a healthy, happy marriage.
@T Y my fiance does a lot of touching to express his love (also not just sexually), but its not something that I respond to much, I feel loved and appreciated with words. I feel this is the way for many couples. We just learn how to speak a different language to show we love our people, such as me learning how to hold his hand while we walk in the mall.. I dont think to do that normally, but he loves it when I do. Understand?

I do not mind the Old Girl Chats:
1. I always go to look for old The Real Daytime videos. ALWAYS. There is something about the older season that just feels good and plus I just like Archives.
2. I can finally watch the entire girl chat. Hmm...So The Real Daytime finally realize that other folks are posting full girl chats for the older seasons.
3. You can see how the hosts views/life changes or stays the same. For example, Adrienne went through an emotional/mental, spiritual, physical journey before our eyes.
Saaaame! We used to always complain that the videos are too short, now that there are longer videos, people still complain. There's no winning! I personally enjoy these videos :)

Premarital counseling is a MUST prior to marriage. It helps to have a 3rd party person in the room and help us talk about situations that may come up in the future (kids, chores, discipline, romance etc). It’s a game changer and it really lays a foundation for the marriage and relationship. It takes work!

I admit, after Jeannie exposed her truth about her divorce with her ex Husband on the show, this upload does seem shady, however, 'THE REAL' message behind it, to me, is that, there's always going to be bumps in the road, in any relationship; Those bumps, as Tamera mentioned should be addressed right then, so they don't get worse and cause turmoil (breakups, divorce). This can help many couples out there. Address any issues now so there won't be issues later. Best of luck to you, Jeannie. ❤

I get that these episodes are old but that’s how television works you film it early and they air later. Yes Jeannie does deserve her happiness and space but she talked about her divorce. I’m sure if she was uncomfortable talking about the situation she wouldn’t have talked about it. It’s good to talk about things that have affected you.

Why did Loni say Jeannie is single but married ? I think she filed for divorce in October 2017 but have been seperated way before Adrienne got married in 2016 no wonder it seems he moved on fast
I just saw that too! Linsey did say they were separated a year before the divorce (Oct 2017) but this was even before Ade got married in 2016.
That's because he was travelling alot so Jeannie was living by herself most of the time. Hence they didn't have a "traditional" marriage. It aint that deep 🙄

I don't understand the issue with posting this video because Jeanie was still married in this episode. I know for myself I haven't seen every episode of the show, so this is a good way to catch up and hear what topics they have talked about and see what I can learn from them. That's one of the things I like about the show; besides just being entertaining, I learn things. I'm not watching worrying about who's still married and who's not.
Who is uploading old videos? First, consider Jeannie and second we the TH-cam fans don't even appreciate these old videos.

I actually appreciate this post. Jeanie and I are going through a very similar situation around the same time. Its fair to say we both may need a reminder of who we are, who we were, what are our values and a look at how much we have GROWN... (we got this Jeanie girl *clinks wine glasses*)

Jeanie, with the whole divorce situation. You sure seem to be handling it well. I would be extremely distraught and not doing so well. You're always smiling and that motivates and inspires me to keep on smiling when hard times hit.

Take some notes from one of the longest lasting relationships in hollywood... Kristen bell and dax shepard. Theyve been together for over a decade and married for six of those years. They went to counciling BEFORE they "needed" it. The problem is a lot of married couples decide to go to counciling after its too late. Counciling doesnt always have to mean there is a problem, sometimes it means that you love someone enough to get the tools to help communicate with them and help your relationship be one that lasts!!!
I truly believe in pre-maritial counciling. Or even just couples therapy. No one is perfect... And when you put two people together there absolutely WILL be problems that will arise. No two people are the same so youre going to disagree and butt heads.
Yall before you walk down the isle if you want a long lasting and fruitfull relationship, go to therapy/counciling together❤

I love love love faith based pre-marital counseling, and it has its place. But please consider going to a TRAINED AND LICENSED therapist. Your pastor can help. But for the most part, they are not equipped for therapy. They are providing advice.
