  • Multiple-Day Hike Food list. This is what I pack for a day, focusing on nutrition, weight, cost, and taste. I would love to hear what works for you and please comment below with any questions.
    I have hiked the Amotola twice, Magoebas, Tstikama, and Outeniqua among others with this food formula. I have to admit that it can be boring towards the end of the Hike. But that makes that first cold drink taste extra delicious.
