    Yes….ALL THE WAY…. this is exactly what I did yesterday with my genesis GV 80…… my man, you are so right and correct as you spoke I listened and understood that it’s not just the two of us. Others need to learn this product application. Thank you great job! Allan

    I watched the official Meguiar video on how go apply this product, and yes, cannot stop thinking why you spray it unevenly and immediately rinse it with jet washer. SO ILLOGICAL! I found your video, and this is it! You are right, they want you to waste more to keep the sale level of the product, but for us as user, we need an effective and efficient way to apply it. Thanks bro.

    I just used this product today on my F150. Was at the car wash so I washed it then sprayed it on then did a total wipe down, rinse again and proceeded to dry off and buff to a shine. I must say seems to work as intended . I did spray too much and it was very streaky but the second rinse fixed the issue. I’m happy with the results. Lots of 👍

    As you said just clean the car, leave it wet, spray once per panel and spread it with a plush towel. Less is more, if you apply too much it smears and you'll need to use a detailer to remove the excess. As you say, the whole spray on rinse off is just to make you use more product.

    wish I watched this before waxing my car this morning! Will definitley use your method, as I couldn't believe how hit-and-maiss and wasterful the rinse-off method was (not to mention lucrative for the manufacturer). Great vid!

    I found that using a latex glove to spread it when dried and sprayed slightly wet with a water spray bottle forst and having the wax spray distanced into the panel works best.

    I've used this product by just spraying a single shot into the wash mitt & wash a panel around the whole car including the wheels. Let it cure for about a minute before rinsing the whole car (I use an old school garden hand pump 2-gallon sprayer, then towel dry from the top down. Had the same bottle of wax for about six months & maybe use 3 gallons of water for an average size car. Great results from a great product.

    I used this on my dark blue car, so far I am amazed with it. I finally see water beads on the paint. I hope it last me at least 2-3 weeks every time I spray it on my car.

    • @abuzar1
      @abuzar1  4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It should last several months if you use the dry application method! Wash/dry the car completely. Then spray it on the DRY car and rub it into the paint like a regular wax and buff off the excess. Everytime you wash you can use this method in the video to keep adding layers.

    Per company video the rinse is what activates the product. Don’t understand why one would not follow the directions made by the creator of the product.

    • @abuzar1
      @abuzar1  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The rinse doesn't do anything to activate the product, the product doesn't require activation. If you check out Car Craft's video it shows the difference between dry application vs the company recommended rinse application. The dry application lasts much longer on the paint and is much more resilient. He does a torture test and performance comparison between both methods.

    OK follow the instructions on the can but use it with care, make sure you activate with a pressure washer then towel down for great finish. And FULL prep with clay bar and remove old finishes, if the panel beads water there are still old finishing products there. use a diluted rubbing alcohol to clean them off. Then apply the ceramic finish

    The second that stuff hits a water droplet it breaks the surface tension and runs off which I could see how that could cause a streak or an even product application. It seems a lot more sensible to apply it with a damp applicator.
