It's funny that you went through all the effort to impress and sell the last place to Dolan and then turn around and without any effort or intention do the same thing.😄
there's a setting (something like continuous lighting, I cant remember at the moment) you can change that keeps all of the lights on even when you're not in the room, its just a bit more intensive graphically
If you haven't already gone thru and finished them, I think next video could be a montage type thing of the new DLC, then atleast its out the way and you've got a video that I'm sure many people like myself who aren't buying the DLC right away would love to watch
The original wall layout does make for a good typical artist gallery setup, but makes it very limited as a living space. I think if you still wanted it to be an artist gallery making it a more regular living space and then filling the walls with as much art as you can is best. This allows the art buyer to see what the art might look like in their own home 🏠.
huh? This is an apartment, the bedrooms are on the interior of the building. The only way you could get natural light would be internal windows facing the loft.
Question, is it usual to have the bathroom next to the living room ? It seems so strange to me, never seen that in my life (if it's not a 20 m^2 apartment)
If you don't like how the lights turn off when you leave the room, go into settings. Turn off ECO lighting. You have to be on PC to do this, which I can't do that
With these apartments that have the fairly large anteroom I knock down the walls and create a much bigger living space. Otherwise, that area seems wasted.
… um… it’s gray. it’s not green. it’s gray…. i feel like i’m goin insane here… it’s a depressingly gray little girl’s room with pink bed 😂😂😂 It’s weird how differently people can see colours.

I really liked last episode where you designed a house for a certain buyer. More of those would be welcomed

I think you just uncheck the ECO lighting setting iirc
@@gilliangilliangillian Exactly what I was going to say! The Eco Lighting is very annoying!
Living in an apartment like this would be a dream come true. I love the way you did the living space.
I am completely addicted to this series. so relaxing to watch!
Wels, you can toggle the lights in settings so they all stay on and don’t go on and off as you go from room to room.
I think we know what Dolen likes.

Thanks for the upload Wels! Been working late recently, so I'm pretty tired, but loving the house flipper stuff!
Can you maybe do the castle soon I thinks that would be absolutely lovely what you can do there
and it would be on theam for a (wels)knight!
Not keen on bedrooms without natural light. Could you not add glass wall panels?

Pretty sure local laws require windows in the bedrooms for alternate exits in case of fire. I noticed that too
@@crownlexicon5225 I may be mistaken, but i think that varies heavily by state or country.
@@Pulse159 which is why I said local laws
Hey wels! Are you going to add the farm flipper dlc in to this series as well? It just came out today!🎉
these videos are giving me lots of idea for the interior of my college work lol
child's room in an apartment like THAT oh no no no no, the number of emergency room visits, my god.

you can change this with the lights go in settings and search for eco light i think

It's more of a a blueish gray
Bedrooms with no windows! D:!!!
watching wels play this game is like gentrification simulator. it lacks sooooooo much color! it looks sterile!
even when he does use color it ends up very "millenial grey," "sad beige baby." what was the thought process behind that like, baby barf green?
I've noticed you put the toilet paper really low, is that an American thing? Our tp is chest height, not knee 😂
Its definitely an American thing. Our tp tends to be at waist level while sitting on the toilet.
Hej
I first I think
