    Aaj ki is video me shin pain se aaram pane ke liye 6 best physiotherapy exercises ke bare me bataya gya hai. Is dard ko 'shin splints' bhi kehte hain kyunki ye Tibia bone ke prominent part jise 'Shin' kehte hain waha par hota hai. Ye zyadatar runners or athletes me hota hai jo bht zyada running kar lete hain.
    Isse thik karne ke liye aap ghar 2 weeks me rest kariye, icing kariye, or sath me video me batai gyi exercises kariye. Aisa karne par hopefully apka dard thik ho jayega. Agar thik nahi hota hai to ek bar zaroor apne Doctor se consult karain taaki time se pehle 'Stress fracture' hone ka pata chal paye or uska treatment ho paye.

    कुछ भी करने पर shin pain nahi kam raha hai mam, machine se current lagane wala physiotherapy karane par pain aur bone me jo swelling hai wo kam ho jayega mam, please reply me back

    Mujhe bhi same problem hai exercise karne se thoda aram milta hai par running karne ke bad phir se dard hone lagta hai please kuchh bataie maim🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

      Exercise ke time running nhi karo. 2 hafte rest karo....tab exercises karo. Agr 2 weeks k bad bhi dard me sudhar nhi hota hai...to fir doctor se consult karo.

    Mam muje 4 month se dard ho rha hai sab kuch kar liya mam physical bhi aarha hai koi solution bta dejiya

      Foam roller use karo aur shin muscle ko stretch karo usse. Pain me bahut help karta hai

      Agar steps lambe ho toh pain hoga. Short steps rakho. Mera shin pain foam rolling aur short strides se hi gaya h
