Yes! This is right on time for me. I’m hoping to move to Dallas in a few months with my daughter

Writing out a plan is key, getting a toll tag, checking the neighborhood out first for availability for essentials, traffic, ect

I want to connect with moms moving with kiddos. That is the only thing holding me back and finding a new daycare gives me anxiety.

Watching your vid did convince me to not move to Dallas in June of this year, but rather January of 2022. Reason being is that I'm terrible at saving money but if I give myself more time to accumulate more funds, I can start saving 200-300 a month, as well as do a thorough job search. So thanks :)

I’m moving from NYC to Dallas Texas in the next 3 months in the Mesquite area. I’m happy I came across your channel/ videos its very informative. I just created a TH-cam channel hoping that can be another form of income down the road in addition I’m trying to start my own business no matter if it’s cooking/ sale meals or a small t-shirt business. I’m trying to come up with anything to help just in case I have to help my children with virtual if the schools shut back down. You definitely on point with everything, thank you!.

I want to go back to Dallas so badly but my husband wants to go to San Antonio. We’re planning to move in a year and while I’m okay with San Antonio, I’m hoping when we go back to Dallas he falls more in love with it than San Antonio. I loved living in Dallas, I hope you enjoy living there.

I was interested in buying a house last November. I had to fix my credit and I didn’t prequalify to buy till March. My first house I offered was rejected, and I didn’t find a great deal till June and closed July 31st. It takes time and stressful and just a roller coaster ride! Moving and furnishing, be prepared to drop 3-5 thousand $$$ just like that. Phew ... it’s expensive buying a house but it’s worth it if you do it wisely! Oh and it helps to have a good realtor that’s on your side and is positive. Same goes for the mortgage lender. I dropped my first mortgage lender because he made me feel like it was hopeless to fix my credit score to qualify. He was like... even it you pay this or that off, you still may not qualify. I dropped him and the other broker was like... here what you need to do and get done, and they followed up on my Progress . stay away from nay sayers and find a team PARAGONOFFICIALS🟠COM, check their Page and also contact them
