Hey 👋🏾 I happy I came across this video! I’m a single mother with a 10 year old daughter and I relocated to Dallas. I’ve been here for7 months and I am so grateful that I was able to make things work w/o family. Dallas is a whole vibe!
I'm delighted to have discovered this series; it's been incredibly helpful. Although I'm a single mother, my daughter is now an adult, and I'm happily married. Nevertheless, your tips have proven to be invaluable. I'm currently in the process of relocating from New Orleans to Texas. My research has led me to consider Irving, Plano, and Garland. With my graduation approaching in May, I'm eagerly anticipating this new chapter in my life! Thank you for the insightful content!

Natasha, thank you for sharing. I feel your genuine emotion in the video. We want to move to Dallas too. Plano will also be our destination. I didn't think about getting a realtor because we will be renting first. But from your info, I will look into this. Looking forward to more vids about your move.
Hey Olivia! Thanks for watching. Yea I know what you mean! When I first started doing my research I was like wait there isn’t much of a selection that’s specific to moving with kids. It’s one of the main reasons I decided to document the journey. I’m not sure if you’ve already moved but I hope the videos help! Xo
Natasha, I am so happy for you and this new journey! I know that young Tyler is excited and ready to go! I can't wait for the series ! I want to see Dallas through your eyes!

Looking to move to Dallas from NY. I've been applying to jobs for 5 months. Gone through 2nd, 3rd, 4th rounds & still got picked. It's so frustrating. I'm trying to not get discouraged.
Well it’s a good thing you haven’t moved yet with the storm. Houston has too many issues because of their tropical weather. I know people like it but just think about the weather before you decide.
Welcome to Texas... More specifically welcome to Dallas! Let me know if you need any information about the city I'll try to be as helpful as I can since I was born and raised here.
Dallas is cool, hip, dope, ..the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex ( that's what its called) is humongous! Its larger than the state of Rhode Island and Connecticut combined! If I drove from the furthest count in the metroplex to the other it's would be over 80 miles or more! A million people move to Dallas-Fort Worth in the last decade! We have Dallas-Fort Worth is home to 24 Fortune 500 companies and becoming to be know the silicone Valley of the south! We have multiple universities in the metroplex such as TCU, SMU, UNIV OF TEXAS AT ARLINGTON, University of Texas at Dallas, University of Dallas, University of North Texas..etc.. our suburbs average about 300000 people, add downtown Dallas uptown and the West Village have nearly 60 to 7,000 people live down there alone it looks like New York City with high rise condos and apartments, Klyde Warren Park assist in the Heart of Dallas downtown, cool help young people spots, late-night eateries I mean you name it and that's yes and that area alone and we have tons of spots all across the Metroplex like that oh, we have a Downtown lake called White Rock Lake where people go skating and biking and picnicking, there's also Joe Pool Lake in the southern part of Dallas and then we also have Lake Ray Hubbard where you do your boating and jet ski and homes that sit around the lake,, we have dolls Parts Galore but there's a big dog part in the Uptown area called mutts Cantina which is a mixture of an Eatery and dog parks where you can get your grub on and let your dog play withn hundreds of other dogs, we got 24-hour BBQ and fried chicken LMAO oh, and more eateries then you can name of every type of food, we have a zillion mega churches with TD Jakes being down here also, we got all the major sports team, Cowboys, Maverick , Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, and that Texas Ranger Dallas Cowboys Texas live combination is straight fire when you see their setup oh, that's in Arlington which is a city in between Dallas and Fort Worth, we got six flags oh, we got a a huge water park that's open 365 days of the year and its enclosed. We have what are the top high schools in the country, where Erykah Badu is a graduated from and you know she lives in Dallas, our freeways are five lanes and go about 70 miles an hour and yes traffic can be crazy but we are so damn big, but the cool thing is that you can live in one of the suburbs and being a sub suburb of the suburb and have everything that you need, movie theaters Walmart grocery stores you name it so the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in made up of a lot of suburbs and there is so many this to do.. the city is growing like crazy, it would take you a couple of weeks to just hang out and see all the different places to live and hang out...
