The small classic is so gorgeous! In my opinion it’s very versatile, you can use it for everyday and as well for a wedding.

Thanks Mel. So informative. I've been to the boutiques but they don't always have them all to compare at once. I'm also a Melbourne girl. Love your silver mini rectangular but I think I may be a little late to secure one. I think my first purchase will definitely be a mini rectangular as I love the option of cross body and at 5'7" I think this is my best option. This size can also be a stunning evening bag.

I got my black n gold M/L for SGD7090 in Singapore, had been looking for a pale pink with gold hardware like yours! What a nice combination. Hope i can get this combination for the mini!

I love my Small classic flap! we do get many seasonal colours here in the UK. But i do agree it fits the same amount as a mini. but i love that its part of the classic line.
This was such a great video... I've learned so much, helping me to choose right. But still haven't made the decision yet... I'm going for my first Chanel bag and right now I tend to wear more cross body bags, but I do believe as I'm getting older, the M/L classic flap will be the best choice, since I can see myself still wearing this bag when I'm 40. Only decision left is caviar or lambskin.

I've come back to this video several times over the past few months because it's so informative :P I would love a Chanel mini one day as I adore the look of the square. Recently however, I turned my eye to the small CF - but what you say about the price point of the small in comparison to the mini and medium is quite true. I'll brood on this a little longer, since Chanel prices are pretty crazy to begin with.

Thank you, Mel, this video is super helpful! Before starting my research, I always thought I wanted a small. But after hearing your thoughts about how the same amount of things can fit in the mini, and the price difference between the two is pretty significant, I am more confident in the mini size. It was also helpful that you showed how to shorten the strap on the mini with a ribbon, that was my other concern since I am on the shorter side at 5'1 :) I've been trying to find the answer, but havent found one, what is 17C, 14S, ect. when referring to the Chanel bags?

Such a great video!😊 my first love is the small classic flap but it's so hard to get and it doesn't suit my lifestyle now. Fortunately I was able to get my second love which is the square mini. Althought I'm really liking the reissue now. Specially the 224 in chevron. If I saw both the small classic and reissue in store I would be in dilemma!😅😅
