This was so enjoyable. You have a beautiful collection. My favourite size is the jumbo. I had a jumbo double flap which I unfortunately had to sell last year. I will be able to replace it late next year but I am considering replacing it with a single flap this time. What would be really helpful is if you could do a comparison of what fits into the single as opposed to the double jumbo.

I love the small CF more than the medium CF. I think the proportion is better on the small. Anyway, love your collection! I have a jumbo in black caviar and a small in sky blue lamb skin. I have let go of a medium and a rectangular mini coz I just didn’t get a lot of use out of them….can’t justify keeping them.

Dooney & Burke does and MCM have 24k gold plating. They always have. Mine have never wore out. I just bought a LV Speedy 30 the check pattern. I like it, but I bought a new all weather leather Speedy style it is much better! I love it!!!

Yes not much difference in capacity but I’m still a sucker for the small lol I don’t have a dedicated video on that, but in my closet tour I show you what I use in terms of how I manage the chains. Other that I have a bag inserts stored inside or air paper for the ones I don’t have inserts for yet. On lambskin version I also insert a small felt piece (nowadays it comes with it) to protect the double flap from getting indented by the zipper too much. Hope that helps Xx

Mel can do you a video on how you search auction bag on ebay especially for Chanel/Hermes like you always do. Can you also do a collection of your vintage bag? I start to fall in love with vintage Chanel bag recently and I feel the quality is better than the current one. Bought a 2.55 Chanel classic and chocolate bag. I am thinking to add small or medium vintage classic as well especially with their 24k gold hardware. Another thing is their price is much more affordable than the current Chanel. You look so professional in your Lilysilk outfit. P/S: i dont think you should sell any of the bag. I can foresee you will regret it later 😂😂

My favorite of your bags is the rose gold mini. I do wish you would add reading glasses and sunglasses to "what fits in my bag." Since I'm over 40, I can't read without my readers so they are a must to fit in any of my bags. And I always wonder what people do with their sunglasses when they walk into a store and they have been wearing them outside.

Can you also do a collection of your vintage bag? I start to fall in love with vintage Chanel bag recently and I feel the quality is better than the current one. Bought a 2.55 Chanel classic and chocolate bag. I am thinking to add small or medium vintage classic as well especially with their 24k gold hardware. Another thing is their price is much more affordable than the current Chanel.

My favorite of your bags is the rose gold mini. I do wish you would add reading glasses and sunglasses to "what fits in my bag." Since I'm over 40, I can't read without my readers so they are a must to fit in any of my bags. And I always wonder what people do with their sunglasses when they walk into a store and they have been wearing them outside.

Hi Mel, love your channel and collections. I’m thinking to get my first Chanel classic flap, but i want it vintage. And very hard to get it in pristine conditions for the early series. I want to ask is it only leather material that consider classic? Have you ever had a chanel bag in satin material? I found 1Chanel double flap in satin, the seller said its classic but i’m a bit not sure, and i dont know if its easy to take care of satin material bag. Looking for your advise. Thanks a lot 😘
