I love all your videos I love watching you you’re very thorough I currently on to Chanel double flap in the lambskin leather they’re both black one with silver hardware which I love and the other with white gold hardware only thing I’m not crazy about it they don’t fit too much Currently on 18 Louie Vuitton bags but my daughter one in my 11-year-old I put the Palm Springs mini the MM size which he loves For school and another Louis Vuitton Store bag I bought them looks like the man’s work bag with the magnetic flap which she carries all the time but I do enjoy watching your videos I think I’m ready with my collection to start making videos you’re definitely a big inspiration
I definitely would’ve thought for you if you would like the silver hardware better that’s my favorite I like the reissued the distressed look in the silver hardware I think it’s beautiful that would be my next accomplice

Thanks for the video. I got hooked on smaller bags, bought a mini Chanel & other designer mini bags (wallet on the chain). Recently I’ve resurrected my patent leather jumbo for work. I luv that it fits my IPad (with LV case). I had thought for my body height & frame (5ft./100 lbs.) the jumbo looked overwhelming. I thk it’s the recent rave of small bags. But rocking the jumbo & loving her again.

AWSOME video. Just got the jumbo today for an early bday in gold and had to get it!!!! Neiman Marcus fashion valley SD had 2 brand new and on on the shelf!!!! It was a sign!!!! I went with carefree caviar leather!!!! Your videos have helped me a lot and it’s a bag I been wanting one sooooo long and since the price hike of an additional $300 since this review .... the Jumbo is now $6200 as of 06/29/2019 .... hefty on the wallet but that’s what I get for waiting so long but she’s mine today. I’m Plus size at 5’3 and size 16-18 and found the Jumbo fit me better than I ever imagined!!! Cross body is super comfy too. Love all your videos and great feed back. Much love from San Diego, California!!!!!

I have both bags too - My M/L is the same - shiner and a bit more black , I always thought it is due to the Jumbo being made in Italy and the M/L in France. What do you think? I think the jumbo would be heavy if you have all small leather goods in it as the leather is more weight. I only use the chanel flap card case which is leather but my cosmetic case, glass case and catch all pouch are all fabric. I am glad I never got into the luxury SLG’s as it allows me to buy a few luxury bags.

Dionysus monogram, love it. I wasn’t much of a fan of monograms before, but the color of Gucci’s monogram, when paired with beige suede, looks more subtle and elegant than other fashion houses’ monogram designs. LYXBAGS

Been waiting for this for a long time! I used to have the jumbo and loved it but after use found it a bit big to take care of. Now I’m a happy user of the medium flap! I still miss my jumbo from time to time though
Hi Minks, Both nice bags but I wish I got the Medium in caviar leather instead of the lambskin Jumbo. The bag is in perfect condition because our weather is not the best do not use it much.

Such a great video 👌🏼 I just got a Chanel jumbo and there is one thing I want to know is how do you store your jumbo and m/l ? Do you put the chain inside or leave it out? I was searching on TH-cam but there are many different ways and was wondering how do you store your jumbo?
Chanel need to rethink their Classic and Reissue sizes. The perfect bag size and chain is actually the Reissue 226 (Medium). It is bigger than the Classic Medium and the chain is longer, so it can be worn crossbody if necessary. It is also very lightweight! So Chanel should make the Classic bag in this same size, then a Jumbo, and discard the Medium and outdated Maxi!!!

Hi! I recently just got the m/l in caviar leather with gold hardware and it’s absolutely perfect, except for the fact that the chain squeaks! This bag came brand new from the boutique, it was ordered online, but when I opened it up and played around with it I was very surprised by this squeaking sound. The chain is also very stiff and hard to change from the long strap to the shorter two straps.... I’m thinking that this will go away with time and wear as it is the caviar leather. I was wondering if you ever encountered this problem with your medium flap? It is a bit disheartening to be to be getting a bag brand new and spending this much money on it to be having this problem. I will mention too that my mom has this same bag but in lambskin and silver hardware and her bag doesn’t squeak at all, and the transition from the long strap to the two shorter straps is smooth and easy.

I just bought the Medium in lambskin preloved from Fashionphile. Funnily it is squashed on the left side just like yours is, but the rest of it is perfect. I think they all wear that way.

Luv your video, great comparison:) I always wanted Classic jumbo for so long and finally I went to Chanel store couple days ago and tried to compare with M/L size and coco handle size S, it was hard decision though and I decided to buy Classic Jumbo caviar GHW. But after couple days I was thinking should I exchange it to Coco handle small size or Classic in M/L size ( I'm 5'3" so not sure if jumbo kinda too bulky and heavy for me). I haven't go back to the store to look at again. I'm still debating now, as this is my first Chanel bag and I've been watching many videos between Classic Jumbo size vs M/L size vs Coco handle small size but still cant decide :(

Reham Alabduljabbar I decided to keep my Jumbo, because all my stuff fit inside the bag, and I thought it would be heavy but I tried one full day for shopping at the mall, didn't feel heavy at all or even too big for my body size. My husband also said don't exchange it to smaller size coz I'll regret it. And at the end I just love the Jumbo so much, the M/L size will be too small for all my stuff. But again, it's up to you :)

I never understood why people called it “medium large”?? The first time I went to Chanel and asked for the “medium large” they asked me “um so which size...medium or large??”
I have been stalking the jumbo for a while, looks like Chanel changed the naming. So now on the website, the M/L is just medium and the Jumbo is just large. Like, the website also used to say classic flap, now it's classic handbag. I don't even know why, but generally ppl are still going by the older naming ( also, this vid is from before the most recent price increase, so the name change may have happened in November)
