    This is one of the best videos I have seen on this topic. Many hours studying and lectures have been so beautifully captured in a diagrammatic way and very nicely elaborated. Thank you so much!!
    Maybe next video can be how different margas help you touch chittah and connection of karma and yogic practices.

    Madam... please accept humble Pranams. This is the most beautiful way Patanjali yoga sutras condensed and presented. I am sure you must be receiving such great skill from "Anandamaya Kosha"

    Dear Teacher, I have got 2 questions
    1) sense of balance of our body comes under which of the 5 senses?
    2) vasanas / inclination from which we do actions and get the good and bad results in the form of karma is located in which of the Kosha?
    Nandry

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      1. Sense of balance controlled by nervous system originates from eyes
      2. Vasanas and Samskaras are in Causal body ( Karana sarira) and a part from Sukshma Sarira. So here at the Anandamaya kosha and Vijnanmaya koshas.

    Do you differentiate between the physical body and the mental body. If so, can you define physiologically. Can you also state as to where the soul resides in the body.

    Circles from thumbnail, hav to be inside out. The material body is the smallest, the mind is a big as the universe, and the blisssheet is even bigger than that.

    That would be very similar to what Maharishikaa Preeti is talking about more like a "Mother" and in a little bit less scientific way. What else then to bow down in front of this much knowledge 🙏🙏🙏

    Why is it called Bliss sheath (Anandamaya kosha) since we are still in the grip of Avidya and within Kaarana sharira?

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Good question. Experiences happen only when there is a sarira...only when there is avidya even that experience of bliss can be enjoyed. It is Bliss because there is no pain or sufferings that originate from the sthula and sukshma sarira. When the yogi transcends beyond this stage, realizing that even the Bliss is a state of illusion, only at that point, he realizes Himself.

    How I wish you would relate the three Mind koshas to the concept of Mano Buddhi Ahamkara Chitta as components of Mind. Also, the word "Maya" means "consisting of" and NOT Mäya (Maaya) which means illusion. Please research this and give me references IF I am wrong.

  • @drneetapai
    @drneetapai 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    It's a very good video, but some conceptual corrections are essential, The Soul itself ( ie I AM) itself projects the 5 bodies to operate in this 3 dimentional world, it uses various permutation- combinations of the 5 elements to make up the koshas/ shariras.

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes...that is correct... The Soul projects itself for experiential state and is made up of all five elements and proportion of 5 elements keep changing from one kosha to other.

    I think it is not Maaya ,illusion but maya- made of .It is only pancha koshas, not pancha maya kosha.

    Why in Samadhi state we are not able to remember anything, what is the reason for that.

    • @theyogiclens9118
      @theyogiclens9118  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      In Samadhi state, one is far beyond the physical realm. Memory ( Memory which is Smrithi, is one of the 5 mental Vrttis) is a characteristics of mental and physical body. Yogi who is in Samadhi is beyond that. Hence no memory.

    If the physical world is a maya, then how a human mind can give the correct knowledge of the Brahman and the creation.
    More over if things in the physical world are an illusion, then why law of karma applies.

    Panchamaya is not Pancha + Maya....Panchamaya means Five types. There is no Maya(illusions) as part of panchamaya kosha. Your interpretations may not be accurate. Please check back with someone who has learnt sanskrit.
