Did you go with a "kit" for the swap, as in something like the EP3 AWD kit from Hub City Performance? Or custom rear mounts with all the CRV parts? I've got a BOM 05 with a TVS1900 from MercRacing that id really like to AWD swap and its a tough call. I've heard so many things both good and bad about many of the OTS kits available, most of the issues being it isnt QUITE DC5 specific.

Thank you for these vids man! Got my 03 type s last summer in Markham and brought it home to Ottawa. About 260hp n/a atm and would like turbo with 300+ whp. Then in like 5 yrs the dream would be k24 awd conversion with 400+ whp.
what if u dont use the rsx shift selector and leave the crv selector if youre staying 5 speed.can u leave the extra connector out for the shift selector?
I'm considering something similar for my RSX. I read a good amount on it and from what I've heard the CRV pinion shaft is pretty weak (super skinny). I didn't see the other video but do you have plans to deal with that?

Tuning by Nick thank you much. Im gonna plumb coolant into my turbo. Was interested in this piece. If not used for that, ill just tap into throttle body lines.

The classic honda rust by rear wheels. Hard to find one in Canada without it. Trust me I looked every day for months and months until I finally found my 03 type s 149000km absolutely ZERO rust never winter driven. Price was high but atleast I got a clean one. Every other one either base model/over 200000km/rust/beaten to shit/riced to hell.

Crv spindle, crv rotor, crv caliper bracket with rsx calipers and pads work. That's how I have my awd rsx setup 👍🏻👍🏻

From most of the awd swap I have watched seem the rsx has the most oem parts that can be used. The swap is coming out nice.

What I suggest you do for the gas tank, you can fabricate just the area where the drive shaft would pass.
The tank is plastic, would probably be a bitch to modify

I messed up there and cant change it unfortunately - The donor car was a 2006 TSX

No plan, other then i have 2 more as spares. If someone makes a better i would consider upgrading
So you pulled the K20Z1 and replaced it with a K24. What did the K24 originally come in?
This K24 is a K24A2 from a 2006 Acura TSX

Thanks - The Hose is from K-Tuned as well. It is designed to work with the upper coolant adapter i have bolted to the head

The best and cheapest K series turbo kit is from Humble and its costs about $3K.. And that comes with a Precision turbo and good manifold.
