You hit the nail right on the head! I sent that truck because I wanted you to experience building the Jugg from nib. I have built that chassis already and felt the same. It is in a class of its own.
Awesome truck. I personally wish for a Mammoth Dump Truck. Both are just so far out of my budget range 😕 thanks to Keith for sharing his collection with us
That Matte black looks so good! Super good job Glenn. I've seen u do way more extensive decals then that. U may have just been over thinking it a little to much because u wanted it to be perfect. And if it's not perfect I bet it's as close to perfect as it can be. Keith is going to have a super nice truck to add to his big wheeled cars. And im sad now because we're going to have to wait to see the other body done.
I wonder if they will ever do a re release! I remember when the truck was out my local hobby shop. I said oh that's neat but I wish now I had bought a couple. One to drive and one for the shelf.
Beautiful work! After the decals, minus the tail lights being put on, spray over everything with flat clear. It will hold down the decals and they will blend in nicely. Then put the tail lights decals on because those are glossy.
Great job love it the matt paint looks awesome i did my Blackfoot in the matt paint it shouldn’t affect the way the decals stick down might just be they’ve lost some of that adhesive Glen you’ve smashed it nice job
That is a true monster indeed. Looks mega all done up. I dont say this very often, but i wouldnt want to run it 😂 esp after all the time you put into it 👍
Watching this video brought the tamiya kid out in me! And I became a tamiya kid 40 + years ago thanks glen and Keith for sharing the gold hop ups are just awesome 👍 what a thing😁
Nice one Glenn :) With hard bodies, I always spray the in and out of the shell though, you can see the unpainted bits else... The chrome, I use Upol Etch Primer brilliant stuff. Love this truck
For next time I'd suggest masking the chrome parts and spraying the black. I did this with my F-350 High-Lift it came out perfect and was pretty easy to do. The matt black with the gold upgrades looks awesome!
That chassis looks amazing! I always use heat on decals. It helps the adhesive stick and the decals conform to curves in the body. I also like painting either black or the body color on the underside of the body for a cleaner look.

It also looks soooooooo good in the matt black, great call my friend 😇👊🏻
I hope Tamiya re-release this kit - would buy it in a heartbeat!

I think Keith loves it probably because it’s a FORD. OOF looks great though, nice job Glen.
Haha oh yeah he does like a Ford 😅👊🏻

Wow. Love it and looking forward to the Tamiya Legends body!
It looks amazing!! Great work
That looks epic. I kinda liked it also without the decals. Always a bit of an issue with decals and matt finish.
Yeah totally agree it looks awesome just as the truck 😊
Beautiful work!

Not a truck I've ever wanted, but I have to agree, it does look very cool.
Great job. 👍. The paint finish on the body looks really good. Well done
Looks great! I still do not understand why Tamiya won’t do a rerelease on the Juggernaut? I know that they would sell….
That looks an epic build! Nicely done Glenn
Nice one Glenn :)

Love this truck
Needed to be Matt black on the inside of the body. also you could seal decals with matt clear.
