Never seen a motor sold like that congrats to the guy that gave that to you that needs to be displayed in a glass cabinet. That body is super sweet also need to know make it into a shelf queen after a drive or two.
Great stuff! That motor is super nice and it is far better on display than installed into something! The sign is really cool, I wonder if you could back-light it with some led strips and make it light up. The Sand Scorcher body is epic and there was a ton of time and effort put into that! It looks great and a super cool gift.
Awesome gifts Glen mate, Epic isn’t a good enough word for that motor it’s a beast.. I’ve just been given that same motor for an Xmas present along with a few other things out of my late grandads collection….love the sign I’m trying to collect Tamiya signage here in the UK…that shell was mint that’s respect to your channel…..it’s because of you and your channel that’s made me carry on with my collection….awesome video mate all the best from Shropshire UK

Beautiful paint finish on the body, I use automotive paint on my body shells, if anyone is going to do a scorcher body, you must get proper fine lining masking tape to be in with half a chance.

What an awesome haul of donations. The Tamiya sign , and tge motor are awesome, but that body is absolutely epic. The Tamiya legends livery looks great, and I love that he used real sponsor decals like hurst shifters and ngk spark plugs. Happy new year Glenn

Those Sand Scorcher bodies look tough to paint. Is the only good way to do the front scallops on the hood/bonnet is with liquid mask?
I use Tamiya fine line tape and 3m automotive fine line tape 1/8-1/4 inch No liquid mask yet lol

It wasn't a misspell it was how the wording flowed being curved. I tried Happy RC'ing and happy rc-ing it looked funny. looks over grammar
