Awesome to see the fella in the ASCOT shirt. I grew up at those tracks along with Bakersfield speedway and raced three wheelers at Kern before I was even in kindergarten. Great video brother!

Absolutely fantastic to see someone as well known as yourself come and race in our sport and help show it to other people. I thought you did really well just trying to survive. The contact is a lot here but it’s all for the fans. Flashing lights denote the Super Star Grade, which are the highest point scorers and usually the best drivers. See those in your mirror and you know it's time to get out of the way 😄

You made it, finished you first race. You had to feel like the chip in the plinco game on the T V show Lets make a deal. what were the flashing yellow lights for on some of the cars? Thanks
The flashing lights mean they are a superstar grade, so are grades start at white with the least points, then yellow, blue, red then superstars, and championships have different roof like chequered flag means there British champion, silver is shoot out champion, gold is world champion.
The drivers race for points in every race in every meeting ...the top six drivers in the sport (at the top of the points table) have flashing lights.. they always start at the back of every race ..(Unless it is a championship race).... So at a normal meeting they have to always make their way to the front during the races to score points and maintain their status at 'Suoerstar' grade and keep their flashing lights
@@Randysshopu shud watch the junior racing, our mini stox start and 11 to 16 and full contact,my son done them,we start them young with the hits here 😂
The flashing lights are for the superstar grade only a few have them, normally the ones with the lights start at the very back. It's a way to tell the difference between a red grade driver and a superstar grade driver
