Max and Seb could be the announcers of weightlifting when they finally televise these events.
Seb and Max would definitely make a great duo.
I could see Seb doing it full time but I don't know if Max can join him most for most events due to the fact that he's one of the best active coaches in the U.S.A right now.

I have banged weightlifter girl in past and believe me their kitty is really tight and enjoyable. at first you would off load in just 3 minutes then you have to go for second round to really give her pleasure. it's so tight and amazing.

What I want to know is how all these lifters still have pristine looking Rom 2’s. I got lucky and have one pair in reserve but they seem to have 5+ in reserve
Just take care of them- I have mine for 3 years already, I use them 4 times a week.

@@slashnagy6 I've met Natalie Prischepa from the Moldovan team, she still has her Rom 2's after, what you can imagine, crazy training regimes. Still haven't fallen apart. We might pass our shoes to our children at this rate

im new to weightlifting and recently got rom 4s to help with my squat, but is there something special with rom 2's that a lot of people still use them? or just because they're used to them

I want to ask one question to Seb, why some lifters dislocated their elbows in snatch ? What was the reason ? Bad form or weak elbows or something else ?
I think it was more relatively cause wrong position on the catch made some Elbow Dislocation ,Bar with some Weight on logic was very heavy to handle with normal power .So if the lifter miss the lift not carefully especially at snatch ,Incident might be happened
You mean dislocation or maybe hyperextention?
hyperextension of the elbow is due to a condition called recurvatum which makes the tendons that are responsible for holding the joints in place too weak which allows a larger range of motion. i have it and it doesn’t hurt but it definitely looks weird

That would usually be due to form. Especially with the weights they're lifting. If you workout you might notice some pain or discomfort as well in some areas, and that can be due or mostly is because of form.

Guess they were impressed by her good looks, or the refs were having a good day. They can always tee to one side or the other, and she got lucky.
Is this a joke? I can’t tell. Dropping the bar does not get called very much which is why it was so surprising with Nye.
@@hamm0155 It is a rule and the jury should know the rules. It is like offside not getting called in soccer, it happens but that does not justify not calling it. If the judges and jury is this bad at overseeing a lift follows the rules, somethings needs to be changed.
@@larryboi2706 I mean if she was battling for a medal, if that was ther 2nd or 3rd attempt, then yeah surely this will get called. But it's her first attempt and she's basically won the gold anyway, so why bother?
@@kirihara147 why bother? Because these are the rules of the game. It should not matter a lot if her cat just died, she is perfectly happy or if its raining outside. You cannot use your hands in soccer, you cannot run on the edge when you are swimming and you cannot drop the barbell before it passes the shoulder

What relevance does it have as long as they compete against other women in the same weight category? It's still the same battle of who can lift the heaviest and it turns out they can lift quite a bit more than their body weight.
Correct me if i am wrong , but is that 80kg, ok i didnt knew weightlifters were this weak. I do 75 kg in shoulder press.

@@theaccordian9377 understanding strength and power. I really dont understand this at all. because i have seen people who i thought were weak lift heavy and people who i thought were strong were weak as hell. I am pretty strong because of my weight and height. I guess
