    I'm an avid hiker and starting to get more into running after 2 years post acl surgery so I will definitely be adding these exercises to my routine! Any recommendations of when I should include these exercises into my daily workouts? Would they be more effective before/after a workout or run? Or should I just make this a part of my rest day mobility? Just found your channel and am loving you it so far!
