Do you not realize this is a repeated version that is synced to play the same Movement several times??
Additionally the original Movement is usually around 10-12 minutes... with Bernstein and Karajan both being around the 12 minute mark... It seems your ignorance of the piece itself lead you to not realize this. How could such a small amount music drag out for an hour? The answer is it is repeated.
