  • These chocolate chip cookies are made of almond flour and semi-sweet chocolate chip, the sweetener element I used is honey but you can replace it with your choice of sweetener.
    Here is the recipe:
    180g Almond flour
    1.5 tsp Baking powder
    pinch of salt
    50g honey (can be replaced with your choice of sweetener)
    1tsp vanila
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
    Preheat the oven to 350 F /175C
    Bake time: 12-14 (until they are golden on the edges) depending on your oven
    Let them cool completely before removing them from the sheet
