No-Knead No proof Sweet Bread for breakfast & Afternoon Tea! Persian bread: "Noon Ghandi"- نان قندی

Make this amazingly delicious sweet bread and enjoy at your breakfast time, afternoon tea time. It's one of the popular bread in Iran.
Ingredients:
380g All-purpose Flour
90ml vegetable oil/Avacado oil...
80ml milk ( can be replaced with water)
150g sugar
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1tsp saffron
10gr Baking Powder
Oven temp: 356F/180C fan oven ( for regular oven increase the temperature by 20 degrees)
Oven time: 17 to 20 minutes (until the sides are golden brown)
