I think I seen her calf go around her leg three times before It stopped back in place again.
It’s not that they work he saw her foot pattern
And after using his brain, the kick worked 😂 that’s like saying “the punch didn’t work, he just timed it right” uhhh yeah bud no technique works if it’s done at the wrong time.
God damn that shit would hurt, i never understood how u can kick that hard without breaking all those little bones in your foot
he timed the kick when her body weight was shifted at the back foot. that's why she lost her footing.

@@edyy_ne6 still man broken/sprained shin must suckkk Ouch Id imagine depending on when you hit your opponent or how you/they are moving you’ll almost always hit the top of your foot. Like watching joe rogan kick its like a jet breaking the sound barrier

Got someone recently out of the clinch when their head was low, crescent came out on auto pilot straight to the head. Very crafty kick.
Not bad, my crescent kick is way cleaner then that....and to much bend in your knee 💯
I use to train with a guy that would go low and high with this. I learned it and attempted it in a kb fight i threw that missed and setup a regular roundhouse
U get countered when u missed 😂lol

It wasn’t a crescent (set up was the same as this, I think he just wanted to punt him tbh😂), but chandlers front kick on tony always reminds me why u can’t fall asleep circling to find space.

Is it meant to land on the head or body?
Head
Kick doesn’t have much power (enough to ko someone if it lands perfect) but to the body ur asking to get ur kick caught (extra not good bc it’s ur outside leg) they shed the kick, boom now ur back is fully exposed to the target. Always throw that snappy too. Definitely a kick u can’t half speed.
I go to the liver as well to get a reaction and bait which opens up the face

Sparring is my favorite way to train, as long as you find partners that can keep it light and technical!

I always struggle to rotate my shoulders for a kick. 🤦🏻♂️ next shadow boxing sheesh I’m going to just drill in kicks over and over. Can you talk about head movement in a video? I know it’s bad for knees and kicks. But I Feel like pros don’t even move their heads to slip or roll punches in fights. Ty for the videos. 🔥🔥🔥
