    Hi Micah. The timing of this is incredible, had my very first spar last night after about 3 months of training twice a week just as a hobbyist at 36yo. I got peiced up by a younger guy, couldn't get my head off the centre line, my general evasive movement wasnt great either so i was a bit upset with my performance ecen though it was my first time. Ill try this out and then try to incorporate it into my training. Thanks man.

      First time anything isn’t usually impressive! Keep your head up and keep working until you’re comfortable in there!

    I think a Shadowboxing Tape would be dope especially if you incorporate movement in it and defensive movements.

    Love your videos man. As a dancer, I enjoy watching your movements. Mad graceful. My question to you is, since you know how to move, how can I incorporate more of a dancing feel into my Muay Thai without sacrificing form. I started sparring and I feel the want to move, but it makes me lose stance and eat 1-2's because of it sometimes.

      Great technique is effortless and effective. Timing your movement to music is super helpful in finding that flow.
