I really love how easy you make the cooking "Yassa Ginarr" as we normally call it. And i also love your presentation. I am a Gambian and I was brought up in Senegal. Gambia and Senegal are almost the same. We share the same culture. The only difference is our official languages. English for Gambia and French for Senegal. Love you aunty (Tata).

Nangadef! Love this dish! I used to live in Dakar, near Ouakam. The Casamance is beautiful! Merci! I personally don't use the oil, as it prevents the lemon from sticking as well to the chicken. I do add green olives to the entire process, including the marinade. Just a small suggestion.. at 3:15 ; never taste a raw chicken marinade?

Wonderful, Mixture & Marination ... I love the taste with Lemon Juice and Spices....I cook quite a similar delicacy with a lil more add on's.... Well, First of all I use Mustard oil only & no other oil.... I Fry Chicken for very little time like 5 minutes to 8 minutes in pure mustard oil, Put the chicken aside & out from the pan. Then I pour the mixture of Stone grounded Coriander + Garlic + Green Chillies + Onion + all Spices like Garam Masala + Mace Spice + Black Pepper in the Pan with hot Mustard oil....& Fry it till the mixture gets down and soft a little....Pour 5 fresh Lemon juice on it....Now you can add full Green or Red Chilies with a knife cut vertically & put it in the pan If you love ....and keep mixing it softly with a table spoon o r anything for five minutes...keep this doing on medium heat and then put a Cover on the pan and let it cook with the steam inside for 10 to 15 minutes.....check the chicken piercing with a fork if its ready and cooked....keep the cover on for 10 minutes...& the Dalicacy is all ready with a juicy and healthy taste.... Best of Luck Cooking Freaks...u'll love this +++++
