I love making these dancing videos because not only is it good for me physically, but also mentally. It's amazing what good music and exercise can do. @@ImprovedHealth , thanks! I was surprised at my mileage. Last year when we went to the Southwest I walked 35, and I thought that was good. We had to do a lot of riding to cover all the areas we visited, but I guess we walked more than I thought.
I know this is not one of your hardest workouts, but it’s what I thought I could handle today. Feeling like a “zombie” after very little sleep last night….lol. Just hanging in there, Jules, just handing in there.😂
Ulgh, it's awful when we don't get a good sleep, and it's definitely challenging to work out. But, you did chose to work out so a massive KUDOS to you! And, this was not an easy workout, either, Mary!
Wow! A nice, sweaty workout this morning! I tried my best to keep up (although I know you always say to modify it if needed.) Something within me just likes to “keep up” and mirror your moves as best as I possibly can.

Another good one to keep me at my goal of at least five of your workouts each week. Picked this one off the August 2023 calendar - makes it easy to get something in the timeframe I need for my morning activities I have to sync my fitbit to my phone so I have a better chance of being able to read the data - the watch is way too small for my ancient eyes.
Well, I was looking for something light today & guess what??? I FOUND YOU AGAIN JULES!!! This is a great workout. The music was great & I love to dance so I made up my own moves while still dancing with you. Thank you Jules for making sure we are working our whole body not just one part. I absolutely love this workout!! I enjoy them all immensely,but I think this may be a favorite 💕💕 . I just recently discovered your channel and I'm thrilled with it. I'm a fit 62 year old with skeletal injuries from an accident in my youth that I have !managed with exercise all my life - but, as we all know, we cannot foil Time 😂😂 . Your workouts are just ideal and so varied that I can always find one to do, even on those knee from hell days, and still feel great. Thank you so much Jules! 🌹🌹🌹

This one was tough for me today; I got very little sleep and I’m “running on coffee fumes!” Lol I was glad when you said we could put our arms down near the end……I barely made it, but I made it!!!!
You were really in your happy place! I wish I had your energy. Today was my rest day, but, I decided to do at least 20 minutes of this. I actually did the whole thing opting to leave my shoes off and slowing it down a bit at times. My dance club era was in the 70s during the disco fad. Loved it!
Put this kind of dance music on and yes, I am in a happy place...woo woo! I am happy to read you chose to do a 20 minute workout and ended up doing more:) Exercise does energize us! I'd love to go back in time and hit a dance floor in the 70's. I plan to re-watch Grease sometime soon so that'll bring me back:)

I have actually never heard of them but I just did a search...I can see why you'd like a video...it would be fun music for the workouts. I will see what I can do in the future. I rarely use copyrighted music because any income from the videos goes to the music companies and the creator (me) makes nothing from them. There is also a risk of the video being blocked due to the copyrighted material (which has happened recently with one of my videos with popular music). I would love to always use popular music but it just isn't an easy process:(

Every time I see 'mate', I think of when I arrived on Australian soil in Darwin and the bus driver said, "Hi mate" to everybody. My friend and I were so excited since it was such an Aussie thing to say! We were pinching ourselves with excitement to be in Australia. Can't wait to get back one day.

Hi Jules. I am so glad that I found your channel. I do my workouts from my TV and don't logon to the computer everyday. But I wanted to let you know I have enjoyed every workout I've done. The workouts with cardio, strength training, balance and stretching are my favorites. Very similar to classes I'm missing because of covid. When I found your workouts online last Spring I kept telling myself they would make a great workout to do twice daily. Now that the winter cold and rainy weather has set in I can't go for my walk after dinner. These workouts have filled that bill! I usually do a longer one in the morning and then one of the shorter ones in the evening. Love them! Plus they don't hurt my arthritic knees. There is enough variety that I don't get bored.
