Wrist curling the weight of 3 men at 56 years is just earthshaking. If he leaves armwrestling, he would really make a good bodybuilder or powerlifter.

Yes indeed, this man is the exception when it comes to not just genetics but also in his undying passion and dedication for lifting really really really heavy weights..... I do not know to what extent one could attribute the way he is to the steroid extras he may or may not be on..... If he is using steroids than he is in remarkably good condition for his age so i personnally attribute his strengh and build to exceptional genetics , a lifetime of passion and dedication for lifting and eating smart....
