@@bakerston Yep you proved steroids are not bad for you. I tell people all the time you can do steroids indefinitely and still get benefits at any age.
@@granddaddyofthemall6320 yes that's true! You just have to know what you are doing and what you are taking. Best of all, you just stick with testosterone. 2 times a year a 2-3 month cure, you are not doing anything wrong and you do not burden your body too much or risk any consequences from it.

They absolutely help build muscle, but to think everyone that takes them will have no side effects is absolutely ridiculous. Some can take large amounts and deal with the side effects. Others can take relatively small amounts and possibly have life changing side effects. If you do, you just don't go to the local doctor and get fixed either. Yeah, if taken responsibly, most will tolerate roids...but not all
The only thing Richard lost over the decades is his speed. He was SO fast and powerful in his prime, he literally shook the tables when he slammed an arm to the pad.

Denis barely escaped in that first round.Lupkes was a monster.
He proved that steroids are not that bad for you and that you can use them in ridiculous amounts all the way up to being an elderly man.
Wasn't even an armwrestler according to John Brzenk. He just used to like showing strength off. Never really trained for armwrestling

I watched him years ago but I thougt he was alot older then myself then But now to find out were only 5yrs apart But his age process has been so good..Wonder what roids he uses now? @@kucuser It's a risk vs reward issue. As long as you don't overdo it, you'll be safe for the most part. It's the blasting part that kills people too early. I've been on "TRT" for 10 years straight, no issues so far. Just don't overdo the dosage.
