    How important is anterior tibialis extension exercises to strengthen ankle, knee joints and shin areas?

      I would say very important. The only way we can reduce our chance of injury is to strengthen the muscles and tendons around the joint! The anterior tibialis is almost always neglected!

    Well i just do 3 series of 50 squats, no weight only calisthenics, i should buy a bar or something i think

      It depends on your goals, but yes I would get a bar! You need to think about which adaptation you’re chasing. If you want muscle endurance only, keep doing what you’re doing. If you want to gain some strength, you need to increase the load!
