Riding is my strength training, it works on all the muscles that I use for riding....

That's an excellent full-body workout. I have seen other videos about working out for enduro, and they all sucked.

I've been using the protein powders on and off for about three years now. Keep looking out for cheaper options but can't find any.

Abs get worked plenty in all 4 compound exercices demonstrated
