NO HATE: I disagree with any exercise in crossing legs and bending knees in the standing position i.e. crossover step-ups and curtsy lunges/squats. You’re instantly putting the knee, mainly the ACL in a compromising position.
True but, that doesn’t mean you practice those dangerous forces. One of the main objectives in training someone is to do so safely and to PREVENT injury. Not simulate it.
The blur is not hiding anything. It just provides a backdrop for the text on the screen which is the main focus. Chris doesn't hide things, he has about 500 videos and an online exercise database thats free to everyone
