NO HATE: I disagree with any exercise in crossing legs and bending knees in the standing position i.e. crossover step-ups and curtsy lunges/squats. You’re instantly putting the knee, mainly the ACL in a compromising position.
True but, that doesn’t mean you practice those dangerous forces. One of the main objectives in training someone is to do so safely and to PREVENT injury. Not simulate it.
