Usually at school, mostly during hard classes i get overwhelmed. Just a few days ago i had a panic attack in class. I hid it well, since i didn’t want kids thinking i’m insane or something. But i feel like a can’t control myself and mostly during the night, tons of thoughts come and i can’t fall asleep.
Hello enoki. You post you comment late ,sorry I was into a calm deep sleep. You said that you are overwhelmed with hiding and not being able to control your thoughts. In a nut shell. If you don’t learn to trust yourself and stop being so hard on yourself you will/ are going to lose your mind. And the meds don’t work either. Look in the mirror and tell you that your alright.
love seeing y'all help each other in the comments! warms my heart 💛💛💛 One of my very old first videos is about how to control bedtime anxiety- excuse the quality but the tips are still gold! You can check it out here: th-cam.com/video/otGjB0RBoWs/w-d-xo.html
I hope this helps because I a class presentation tomorrow and Monday and Tuesday. I had an anxiety attack when I got told that we have to do 3 presentations
I stayed up until 5am and I have a lot of school work due tomorrow. I haven't done any of it. I feel as if I have let my teachers down. Also parent teacher conference is tomorrow, I'm really nervous Do you have any tips on self confidence and motivation? And I love your videos by the way.
ugghhh isn't so annoying when our stress creates more stress for us?? Hope your parent-teacher conferences went well and the strategies in this video helped you out. I have an older playlist about focus + motivation (please bear with the lower quality of the videos- but the content is still really good!) @@angelagholson4988 It doesn’t really work like that, for example: I tried to fall asleep last night, but when i didn’t have something to distract me like an electronic device, tons of anxiety comes and i can’t stop worrying if i might die in my sleep, etc.. It’s insanely difficult to fall asleep for me.
@@anbeva8 It is all about the mind. Reduce negative thoughts. Quite simple. Avoid watching negative news channels and TV shows. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Make this a daily habit to have a relaxed life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
I am a big advocate for staying hydrated! I know people who literally only drink Mountain Dew soda. And they wonder why they feel like crap all the time!!!!!
