@@INSANE40K I think he literally only appears in this story. But I take it as being The Great Horned Rat before it became… the Great Horned Rat. However, there’s nothing to back my theory up. It could also be The Changeling but where did it get the Screaming Bell? And the Skaven clan Pestilens has many similarities to the cult of Nurgle, and in Age of Sigmar they’ve started working together as partners in biological warfare. Nurgle is the mortal enemy of Tzeentch, The Changeling’s “boss”, so this also falls flat. We know nothing of the Skaven’s god other than it’s manipulative, treacherous, and wants it’s “children” to rule the surface. We do not even know if it’s a Chaos being or something else. Skaven have an obsession with crystallized Chaos (Warpstone), but the Daemons and their worshippers don’t seem to search for it on the slightest. The Great Horned Rat has spoken many times tho.

Man I don't know about anyone else but the most chilling part about this story is how when the men went to the dwarfs the third time and found them already wiped out. That is just blood chilling. Knowing that an entire city under your very feet is just gone. No sound, no warning. Just gone. Like I picture how it was, the dwarf just tunneling then ran across a sea of rat. Then it was all over in one night. (I like to think it was in one night when the dwarfs fell)
Theory the man worked for the horned Rat and once the doors to the temple closed many skaven crawled from the nooks and crannies inside the temple and finished it once done and the bell placed they scattered the man's deal done so was his life as they say "No witnesses"
Ah, yes-yes, the good old days... back-back before we used Rattling guns and-and doom-flayers... back when we-we used good old swarm tactics... Oh, who am I-I kidding?! These are still the good-greatest days! Man-things and dwarf-things still die-die like they used to, so I no complain~!

I like the use of different media in this video. The use if warhammer models and vermintide clips. I do have a question, for the models, was the torch light and rifle fire painted or some type of special effect? If it is all paint, the artist is very talented!
