I cracked up when you mentioned burnt face man, because your voice in a way is similar to his. I don't mean that in a bad way, as you actually are very charismatic in presenting your videos. This helped me confirm my choice for getting a Transformer, btw!

I got mine about 1 week ago and I can say I could not be more happy with it. Was so much better than some of the reviews . Was looking at a Ipad 2 but you have so much more interface to work with the eeeepead can't go wrong . Got keyboard on order. I have been buying asus mother boards for years nothing but the best in my books . Also did update today to 3,2 honycomb :) I think netflix app will be coming soon !

One of the best comprehensive reviews I saw on Transformer, even written reviews aren't this good. Wish there was a bit more comparison with iPad2. Felt more like a Transformer review than a comparison.

@Sarkrum by the lag of the video, menus, etc. It was all running at like 15fps. I own neither of them, but i could just tell that they have a lot of optimizing to do.
This was a review of the Asus Transformer with only weight comparison to the iPad2. But loved the review and Transformer.

@XxSTRlKERxX thats because the video he played has a software bug, the camera on the transformer was recording at really low frames, this has been addressed in a software update

@SHANKoneTV Yes :) im probally going to get the asus eee pad tegra 3, android 3.2 with 4.0 upgrade when it comes out.
@dormantreign Yes - I did. I wonder if it handles some encoding types better than others.
@MCkoppoflop That's because this video was look at the EEE pad. He only included the iPad 2 for the sake of size comparison.
im thinking about saving up for this..i have a 17 inch laptop (UGH i was so dumb ) and it is not portable enough to carry around campus. This looks great! the keyboard will be cool for notes in class. The price point most of all gets me!
Linus a question for you. If you have an empty battery in the Eee pad part and you hook it up to the keyboard and leave it in your bag for an hour, will it recharge the pad's battery?

@lucereal Hell yeah. I'm not sure if I should buy an ASUS Fusion Netbook or the transformer though.
on the multitasking tab, its not just 5, u can scroll it up and down for everything that has been used.
I'm figuring out this wonder running the new Android ICS.
@LivingLifeless9 One last question. The ASUS SBW-06C1S-U is an external Blu Ray disc drive, can I watch blu-ray movies when I plug it with my transformer? And also if I buy the ASUS PN300 External HDD would it work just fine? It will increase the storage capacity of the tablet?
@floppyspatula but one thing I do like is I played around with it at bestbuy, and I really liked the touchscreen responsiveness. Highly improved over the competitors, approaching the iPad.
@ssiballer yes it will recognize the usb thumb drive!!
@XxSTRlKERxX That only affects videos recorded with the tablet itself. For some reason the video recording is really glitchy right now (notice the green screen when Linus opened it?) according to most other reviews. Any videos you just download will be fine.
I am going to buy this as a graduation present. I am planning to use this in college as a replacement for my laptop, which is running Ubuntu 10.4, which isn't all that different to the android platform.
@dhinge the screen has a sticky film on it when purchased. just rinse it with a lightly moist soft towel. and it will be slick and shiny like the iPad.
@thiagohf1113 I am not sure what you mean - the Ipad video ion this demo is not choppy, but the eee pad is. So clearly there is some difference.
The back of the Asus EEE TF is convex so you can rotate it while it's on a surface easily.
I want this. This would be great to replace my ASUS T91, which was ASUS' first tablet PC pretty much.
I have a silly question. What are the USB ports on the keyboard for? Can I my 3g usb modem in there? That would be sweet!
I bought the Asus Transformer over the Ipad and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made and I couldn't be any happier.

I would definitly buy this one, I tried it in a shop and it was awesome!!! It is very responsive and very user-friendly. I only need the last 50 euros to buy this one and I can't wait untill I have it!!!

Should I get the transformer or the transformer prime? I haven't yet seen a comparison video
Also I have read that Asus TF can connect to PS3 controllers, and possibly Wii controllers, and then using them for the various emulator apps for Android, which SGS2 cannot.
@iLineHur apparently there will be a 3g version, but just get a smart phone and wifi tether.

I would buy the KNO 14 inch tablet. Great replacement for notebooks and textbooks in school.

if i had the chance i'd buy this without question, ive had hands on and i must say it is really responsive and intuitive and very very easy to use aswell as an incredible and accessible ui, 5/5

BUT if i download a movie and i put it on a micro sd card and put it in the slot on the tablet is it easy to play the move R not?

@TianaTotoro Yes. It comes with a word processor among other office like programs. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm thinking about getting one for 6th form
