Hi Bro, the plastic headlights are polycarbonate plastic these are pretty thick you wont be able to sand through it for sure.

What to do if heat gun is not available?
Hi bro, thanks for checking the video. Don't stress if you don't carry heat gun, allow it dry for extra couple of minutes, sunny days would be a good replacement for heat gun.

@@harithasukumar yes, hair dryer will do the job, keep it at least 30cm away from the lights when you are drying the spray
