Why Fitting In and Craving Attention Are Trending Today | Ft. Harsh & Rubina

The need to belong is a fundamental human drive, wired into us from our evolutionary past. Is that what draws us towards relationships: a purpose beyond ourselves?
Personally, I often wondered as a child about where I fit in the grand scheme of things. Growing up, I realised that this question is universal, transcending age and culture. That brings me to my conversation with Harsh (in his 30s and married) and Rubina (From Nepal, in her early 20s).
The driving point remains at the crux: Our desire to belong shapes how we connect with others, but the way we express that need can differ across generations.
