But I would 100% rather live a reasonably comfortable life, free of debt or money worries, and have a job where I'm happy with what I'm doing and my place in the company than to have opulent wealth while working a job I'm unhappy with.

When you have children, it becomes less about you paying the bills & having a hobby or two that you can afford. This is a great example that not every single wrestler needs to go to the big companies like WWE or AEW to make money or to make a name for themselves it’s about the love of wrestling.
It can also be about being a big fish in a small pond. A big name in TNA might end up in mid or lower card, but there would be more learning opportunities.
And that’s why this guy is top 5 in the industry right now in my opinion, great look, phenomenal athlete, and he really has a love for the business that transcends a nice paycheck

As a kid I would pop on tna from time to time mostly because Kurt angle but I started seeing more recently here on TH-cam all the other great wrestlers that wrestled for them now I get to go down a rabbit hole and I’m real excited for it

I think those that went to WWE from TNA, except for a couple of them (AJ Styles, and Bobby Roode) went down the road of "creative doesn't have anything for you" and honestly I'm happy that Eric Young and James Storm (even though James Storm was in NXT for a cup of coffee) made the right decision to go back because TNA was and is their home. Also, as far as Scott D'Amore getting fired, I really believe the people behind the scenes are covering up the reason why he got fired which I think is really shady. I think they should have Scott D'Amore at least speak up on the matter instead of just leaving and not say anything. I doubt that it has little if anything to do with the "WE'RE F*CKING BACK" promo he did.
