Mr. Amit, you have a beautiful kiddo.❤ When I watched her videos a yr or 2 earlier, I did see some signs of her being in the Autism spectrum. She is vocal, verbal and has other great skills going for her. Kindly take her to a Behaviour Analyst( qualified in ABA with the best credentials) for assessment if tou haven't already done so. Psychologists and Pediatricians may not have the perfect diagnostic tools for this assessment unless they make an effort to learn it apart from their regular education. ABA and Analysis of Verbal Behaviour are robust sciences that have very effective teaching methods. God bless you. Wishing Vedha an eternity of happiness❤
Could you please help me with numbers or names of organizations in Chennai? I didn't take her to a phycologist or paediatrician, they were certified therapists who worked with children on the spectrum. They did a thorough analysis and said she didn't have adhd or autism. It was just that she learned languages through gestalt language processing.
Also, echolalia gets in the way of functional, meaningful use of language but is also a great strength because it enables learning. Not suggestive of Autism Spectrum Disorder by itself.

She's a bright child. She just needs early intervention and speech therapy. This is the perfect age to start it. Echolalia is one of the common traits of autism. If asked a question, they ask the question back instead of answering it. It can be overcome by speech therapy. Kids on the spectrum do just fine, it's just that their brain is wired a bit differently and needs professional intervention. They'll be able to tell rhymes, sing songs, etc because they've heard it somewhere and are parroting it. Understanding social cues and having casual conversation are a bit challenging for them but can do it with the help of therapy. Best wishes for this angel and god bless 👍🙏

She's a bright child. She just needs early intervention and speech therapy. This is the perfect age to start it. Echolalia is one of the common traits of autism. If asked a question, they ask the question back instead of answering it. It can be overcome by speech therapy. Kids on the spectrum do just fine, it's just that their brain is wired a bit differently and needs professional intervention. They'll be able to tell rhymes, sing songs, etc because they've heard it somewhere and are parroting it. Understanding social cues and having casual conversation are a bit challenging for them but can do it with the help of therapy. Best wishes for this angel and god bless 👍🙏
