Keep it simple- (fast digesting carbs+protein+coffee) gokshura and ashwagandha although are not stimulants but just seems to work extremely when taken in the morning as well! Do try once.

As an advice I would like to suggest u to make a separate video channel for rashbhari i.e ur daughter where u will add only cute cute videos about rashbhari. Just a suggestion
If you are going to gym in morning I recommend you 1 brown bread with peanut butter 45 mins early before going to gym and after that have a coffe in warm water no sugar no milk and 20 mins before going to gym. Eat this pre workout daily in morning and I bet you will achieve a Massive focus and energy while workout coz I am too following this.
