@@VeeVeeVeeV Thank you for your question, in this situation you can weigh your total flour on a kitchen weight scale and calculate the percent of starter to use (usually 20% of total weight of flour; for example let’s say your total flour weight is 850 grams the 850 x .20 = 170 grams starter). I have been doing sourdough for 3 years now and watched tons of TH-cam channel creators. I’m thankful for all the knowledge sharing. Once I test the recipe a few times I can share with you once a good result is found. Some people use combo starter and reduced amount of instant yeast. Both can work. Let me know if you want recipe once I get it sorted.

It's so hard not to cut into a warm loaf fresh out of the oven. And as good as it is fresh, I love a slice toasted with my homemade jam. I appreciate your channel & recipes! Thanks so much for the work you put in to making delicious recipes. I am in the state of Missouri, USA, so, We don't have shell fish here, but we do have Frogs, bass, crappie, blue gill, trout, catfish, stripers, perch and channel cat. So, I reckon that the 'man-made' crab is better than none and I am deadly allergic to all shell fish, same with contrast dye, squid and octopus. Doctor up the fake crab with lemon juice, zest, horseradish, ketchup and hot sauce, and it's better than nothing. 150 years ago, I could even eat lobster! Not anymore. When I can and the grocery store has a fresh bunch of cod in, I feel as if the jack pot has been hit! Thank you so much Bonita and Jiggs!!

Oh my Gosh! So sorry you haven't been feeling well. Covid have made life difficult for a lot of families. Thank you for making our mandarin tea buns and I hope down the road you will get to make these. Freeze them and take one out as you need them. Yes you can! You can make them with all-purpose white and all-purpose gluten free flour. I'm sorry I didn't share that on the video, I guess I was taken back with having my Aunt Clara join us and do all the work. :) Enjoy Bonita
