10.let’s go eevee, kirby star allies and super Mario party (all 3 games were quite easy short and loose most fun when you’ve done most major things. I actually sold super and star allies and deleted my let’s go save files after transferring the Pokémon to home)
9.Pokémon sword (not a bad game, but definitely disappointing, but the DLC help him get better and being decent. Still not better than previous titles and only there because I don’t have many games that could qualify to this list)
8.Mario odyssey (didn’t love it as much as everyone else, but still an amazing game)
7.FIre emblem warriors (i love FE and I love warriors gameplays, so it’s kinda obvious)
6.age of calamity (Because it’s a warriors game, which I love the gameplay and based of my second favourite game of all time)
5.fire emblem 3 houses (just a big FE fan, my top 3 mains in smash ultimate are 3.lucina 2.corrin 1.byleth. Still personally prefer my favourite FE echoes and fate over it, but it’s an amazing game regardless)
4.smash ultimate (I don’t think I have to give reasons why it’s on the list)
3.splatoon2 (very original a cool concept and build up from the original to be even better. My fifth favourite game of all time)
2.Xenoblade chronicles 2 (loving XCX so much gave me interest in this one but it wasn’t love at first sight and I had to slowly appreciate it, even after I’d beaten it for the first time. But I still enjoyed pretty much every moment of it and by the end became my third favourite game off all times and the only game I’ve ever bought a collector edition for. And I count the torna DLC as part of it)
1.Zelda BOTW (my second favourite game of all time after Xenoblade Chronicles x. Was put off by it when they first revealed it because I wasn’t into the more realistic Zelda game and preferred the toon links one, but this game is just magnificent, the only game I ever 100% everything)
This is literally all of the games that fit in this list criteria that I have/had the rest are WiiU ports and third parties.
(I also have astral chain, which is switch exclusive but never got around to play it)
Super Mario Odyssey deserved the Number 1 spot, it's the greatest Mario game of all time!
Fire Emblem Three Houses would be my number 2.

I respect this list however I'd probably put FE Three Houses and Astral Chain (is this 1st party?). Kirby Star Allies & Yoshi's Crafted World are a little too simple to me, I was pretty eh with Odyssey since it was way too short and I'm glad Pokemon is not on this list
I guarantee he hadn't played 3 Houses, otherwise it would've been on the list
Mario odyssey to me was WAY too short. i beat this game in 1 day and I was really sad to figure out that was the end of it. I hope the next mainline Mario game is longer like the galaxy games
Odyssey's got a ton of post-game content though, plus at least in my opinion it's got a ton of replay value. Currently on my fifth play through of it

If anything, this is the longest mario games. Platformers are not really long games but oddysey is also a sandbox collecathon that makes it actually longer than most platformers.

I have yoshi crafted world and kirby star allies (my favorite game) and Animal crossing new horizons and DON'T have Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and I have SUPER MARIO MAKER 2 and DON'T have splatoon 2 but I have splatoon 3 and DON'T have Luigi mansion 3(im about to have the game) and DON'T have The Legend of Zelda breath of the wild and I have SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE (I always play SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE!)and have SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY! ( a REALLY GREAT GAME)
