The halo scythe's attack is super clean and has a delay to the cast, but like not super cheesy mage Faith + Int stack looks crazy.

Also working on a Dps build with rot , bleed and poison ( ik it sounds cheesy just teasing something), last I’d full dex I want to try a fat bio , but it’s just not my thing idk I could never really get into it.

Is it considered common courtesy or something to not use flasks during a duel? Elden Ring is the first souls game I’m making a serious attempt at so I turned the online mode OFF the moment I fired the game up. I haven’t played them much but I’m very familiar with their notoriety and knew that if I left it online I was just gonna get the absolute shit kicked out of me by 12 year olds all day.
Love the PvP content. Glad to see a new old face in the community. I’m more partial to invasions at lower levels (but the builds are much more simple and you get plenty of action at all times of the day) but this is making me eager to bring a character up to SL120+ (or whatever the community decides to raise it to)
My experiences invading around LVL 90-100 so far is gettings summons that oneshot me with the more busted shit. Makes me love invading an FC cause I know I'm getting a decent fight instead.

They got hit by the frost explosion which filled their frost bite bar and dealt damage to them. It lingers for a moment during the explosion and it must have been enough to fill the bar completely right at the end.
I just had a pretty intense duel too, we were so critical in HP but the other guy decided to fucking bring his moonveil and i died but hey he bowed so its all fine

Idk what's up with my multi-player I've never struggled to interact with other players so much on a souls game before I can't invade, get invaded, or even see summons signs or if i do see a summon sign i can only get 1 phantom if im lucky AND I'm playing online
thats how it is.. this is why I never lose to heavy wielders, it's bcz it's really easy to punish, If i were u I would've keep linking/connect him and you'll get the roll catch in no time.
Looking at the Ashes of War mechanic, there’s a few I wish were only part of a specific weapon and not an ash, namely the Bloodhound Quickstep and the Froststomp. Both are essentially better versions of existing skills, and really seem like they shouldn’t be allowed to be put on every weapon.
at least in quickstep/bloodbound step case, it's 3 vs 5 FP cost. almost twice as much. also, the whole game is not and should not be balanced with only PVP in mind. It's much easier to get quickstep than bloodhound step

When people duel in a 'friendly' environment (fight clubs) it's considered rude to heal. Mainly because it drags the fight out and other people are waiting their turn.

I mean, the only way you could get invaded by a non-npc is if you summon someone or deliberately use the Taunter's Tongue, otherwise you can go the whole game without ever experiencing it.
If you have no interest in PVP, why play it? PVP has ZERO impact on a PVE experience......no PVP only items.......you can't even get invaded unless you summon in a friend to help? How can a completely optional aspect of the game take away from anyone's experience!?!?!

@@TheDepressedHollow exactly. Just think about how many people carried frozen and crimson moss clumps in DS3, or used stamina boosts. On a similar note, do you use Exalted Flesh to boost your physical damage, or any of the fleshes to boost resistances? They’re minor buffs but they can really help

Duels usually allow for any consumable apart from health regenerating ones.

I think it's the Veteran Armor Set. You can buy it at the hub after defeating a boss in a late part of the game
