Just found your channel. This is great! Thinking of moving to Las Cruces. I keep reading about the high crime rate. Obviously, you are raising a family there, so you must feel it is safe. I lived in southern Arizona, so I don't mind the hot and dry. Is there a time of year that the heat is unbearable? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! I can’t speak much on the crime statistics, I do feel safe in the city. Our summers get to around 103, last summers high was 113, but that’s rare. The heat doesn’t bother me much. It’s cooler than Arizona. During mid summer we don’t walk the dogs as much as we’d like to. But we enjoy all 4 seasons. Feel free to reach out, [e-mail]
