Just used your video to switch mine out. It only took a little less than an hour and saved me $250. No more vibration in reverse and at idle 👍
I always love hearing I was able to help someone! It’s always a good feeling knocking it out and saving money good job! Thanks for watching!
You make it look easy
Thanks, it’s really not to bad honestly. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching!
Good job 👍
Thanks! Glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Any chance you know the part number for the 4/ea 17mm flange nuts on the bracket? Mine are all rusted and one is now rounded....
Sorry I don’t. But you can always call the dealership parts department and they can get you the part number. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
Ordered my trans mount already. I got some slight vibration while my car is in drive but at stand still. Vanishes after I put it into neutral and park. I did both my pmm and rmm. My trans mount is still original 225000km
I hope that eliminates your vibration. Best of luck. Thanks for watching!
I have a 2008 Mazda 3 with the 2.3 manual transmission. Went to buy the mount and there's a weighted and unwaited mount, what's the difference
Hmm that’s Interesting. Thanks for watching!
how did you know that mount needed replacement?
I could see excessive movement. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
Nice video. Why didn't you impact the bolt into the mount? Isn't it supposed to be fastened?
All of the bolts and nuts get tightened I did use torque wrench off screen. That may be why you don’t see it? If you give me a time stamp I’ll have a look and see what’s up. But thanks for watching!
Minute 5:30. Yeah I suspected you did it off camara. Thanks again for video.
Oh wow you’re right. I can’t believe I didn’t show that or at least include the torque specs. I apologize. But I’m glad I was able to help.
how did you know it was that one and not the other side?....
Both sides look different. So I looked how it was mounted and put it back the same way. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
@@JunkyardJunkie what I meant was usually they make noise or something, so how did you found which one was bad? or did you replaced both?
I wound up replacing all three. But, you could visible see it moving. More than it should be
Lol... What are the torque specs???
Center bolt is 70-112 ft-lbs the 4 nuts are 33-44 ft-lbs. hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
