Would have liked to see what it looks like after the dehydrate.

What was the first ingredient after the buckwheat? it sounded like you said "powdered cinnamon" - but it was white... and you added cinnamon later. Was it stevia?

I tried sprouting quinoa one day. I used a mason jar (tilted to allow water to drain) with a clear plastic wrap on top, with holes poked into it. They sprouted but smelled strange and had a tinge of red. I was afraid to eat it. Do you ever experience mold issues???

It makes me wonder if the white ingredient was see salt? She added agave as a sweetener and to make it stick together.

Roasted, unroasted, groats, sprout...etc. I'm new to Buckwheat and love what I've heard about it but what kind of buckwheat and in which form should I ask for it in my local whole food store or online? Can anybody guide me please? I want to cook it like oatmeal or rice with as much of it's nutrients intact if you get me!

Personally, I don't sprout things to have such a long tail. You really only need to sprout the seed a tiny bit, just to where you see the tail forming, or to about a 16th of an inch. Sometimes long sprouts change the flavor of the seed, and the energy of the seed is higher if the sprout tail is just popping out.

For humid climates will the steamer system work? Just maybe uncovered?
