There were several scenes between these two characters in S3 that verged on oedipus complex. Dynasty had this wonderful way of dancing with scandalous subject matter in the early seasons and tweaking the audience's moral sensibilities. I think that's what made the show, and especially Alexis' character, so decadent and addictive. Nothing tastes better than forbidden fruit!
Spare me, they wrote Adam over a cliff time and again all to create a moment. When Alexis tells him she has to decided to boot Jeff from his ofc and take the reigns, he confesses the danger to her mental state based on the poisoness compound in the paint. She orders him to remove it b/c she will not risk Jeff's physical or mental health no matter what the prize. He disregards her directive, threatening to make her the culprit if she forces his hand & then ultimately does exactly that via tricking her into signing a work order that implicates her. Although he eventually confesses his misdeeds to Blake the damage has already been done tenfold b/c where there is NO trust, their can be NO relationship. Their are certain relationships that suto come with an established Bond/trust...I asked my mother once if she was lying to me about a particular issue.... She told me, don't ask me ridiculous questions, that you already know the answer 2.... You've known me all your life, you know exactly who i am, the good, bad, ugly, and i have never apologized for who i am, i' ve NEVER lied to you "b/c i don't have to!!! The perfect relationship only exists in the perfect world....My mom has her faults, but she is the one person on this planet that i trust with my life!! If you can't trust your own son!!!
This is the only shot film of Joan Collins where I saw her as Weasley attractive arms and her facial features her mother's style addressing doesn't suit her except to entrance into the this drama when she did the court in the black and white with the big hat but that was about same with the best I've ever seen Joan Collins and I've watched a lot of other things not that she would care
Gordon Thomson is amazing playing Adam Carrington!
Adam is so dramatic! I always loved him!

There were several scenes where it was clear Alexis was afraid of Adam.
Oscar worthy performance from these two beautiful ppl!
This scene is pure DYNASTY! 👍👍
Alexis looked like a classic literary villain in here. Love the hair, makeup and jewelries.
Yes she do look great in here better then all others seasons
Oh dear. You mean ‘she DOES look great....’. Your grammar is so atrocious that you wouldn’t even be good enough for the servants. 😂
Alexis Always loved Jeff.
Beautiful penthouse! I wonder why Jeff didn't stay for dinner?
And then the paint fume poisoning begins...
@Jo Face two words: Rita and Joel
I am really happy gordon (adam) is openly gay!!!
I love me some Joan Collins and Alexis ❤️
:58 "Our enemy.....mine....and yours" Gosh that's fascinating. Took a college degree to figure that out.
Adam Is the feminine of Alexis
Masculin
I want those pink candles!
The music and the makeup 😂
The music by Marvin Laird is just brilliant
Alexis loved Jeff like a son...I wish that he would have given Blake his shares in Colbyco to take Alexis down for Adam's behavior!
Joan Collins is a great actress
A mother and son romantic dinner.

Punctuation, please.
How uncomfortable to have to wear a suit to dinner at home...
I want to come back as Alexis in my next life. ❤
