Thank you for this...thank you for the background sound too... Thank you that there's no piano sounds or flutes ..... Neither of those are soothing or relaxing for me.❤
I went into a deep trance as I am visiting my daughter and her new house but when I went into trace I was in her house but a different big house I was listening and in my trace I awoke and there was like 5 different lights on I got up to turn all these lights off woke her up looking for a snack she was disappointed because she only had two left so I put it back and went back to my guest room that I can't explain as I was walking back in the many lighted room I heard knock knock what I thought was a spirit in my ear I woke up from both sleep I literally yelled out loud I was all pins and needles as jumped back to my body realizing I was asleep waking up from a dream that was so realistic and I remember it well which never happens then I realize it's your voice as I'm shaking and awake and only into a forth of your video. Now I actually do have to get up for a second I woke her dog up this was amazing to sleep that hard yet remember so many details with so much more to listen to stull
It's 20 minute talk down before yoga nidra even starts... Maybe consider making a time stamp for those videos with really extended "intros". I like your yoga nidra bit unfortunately nc of pain I can just be 20 minutes on my back like that and tonight I wasted that precious time not getting my yoga nidra bc of that talk. I know for sure some others have similar issues so maybe a stamp or at least a notice that its a long intro is a good idea. I would prefer if the talk came after the actual yoga nidra

I like a few minutes intro to settle, put phone down, turn light off, take glasses off, move blankets, etc thank you for all you do
A long wordy introduction as well as the rotation of consciousness do not lead to sleep
