  • 2 Hour Long Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep and Insomnia
    Rest deeply tonight. Join Kristyn Rose in this specialized 2 hour long yoga nidra guided meditation practice for sleep. You can use this practice help you go to bed and fall asleep at night or to help you fall back asleep if you wake up in the middle of the night. This practice focuses on the 'nidra' component of yoga nidra - the deep sleep state that comes using specialized yoga nidra techniques. You will be guided, effortlessly, into a deep state of peaceful sleep for the rest of the night.
    Unlike traditional yoga nidra practices, this practices releases the presence of wakeful awareness and instead, brings you into a deep state of unconscious sleep. Rest into the knowing that there is nothing that you need to do and that your body already knows how to sleep. This practice simply helps you get there more quickly.
    Turn off the lights, crawl into bed, and find a comfortable place where you can rest deeply for the rest of the night. Adjust the volume of your head phones and relax back into the experience of just listening. Welcome in the deep slumber of the quiet of the night.

    It would be awesome if you could make one where the music continues for 8 hours after the yoga nidra so that TH-cam’s obnoxious commercials don’t wake us up after 2 hours. Thank you for sharing these sessions! ❤

    Hi Kristyn, I do your videos every afternoon as I work through the acute stage of Cfs. I would absolutely love a 20 or 30 minute (or both!) video for going to bed at night just to listen to before I go to sleep.       I do not suffer from insomnia and decided to listen to this for deep sleep. It doesn't work for me... is it because I don't have a problem. I am very awake as the music begins. With every other one, I am asleep very quickly ... sometimes almost immediately and awaken very rested. This is ok. Iwill continue to explore other ones.❤

    I was so angry in the middle of the night - at my poor upstairs neighbour who is acutely ill with respiratory disease that is not covid (thank goodness).
    I think they also have a sleep disorder that may have been caused by abuse.
    But they’ve made my life hell by waking me repeatedly almost every night for months! Was also angry with myself for responding angrily! So was having trouble getting back to sleep. Duh! 🙄😄❤️
    First time trying your work. I got back to sleep, slept deeply, anger gone. Just compassion for both of us and concern for my neighbour! 👌🏾👍🏽

      CDC like rest who played part in making millions take experimental shots, based on no actual disease, have been exposed. CDC own document prove it.
      "Viruses" we all have thousands of them in us as part of our own body as well as bacteria.
      Viruses have no nucleus thus not able to be alive.
      Only exist as protein chains that act in our own bodies specific to our own bodies as solvents to detoxify us triggered by toxic cells by use of enzyme and bacteria.
      Look into exosomes, which is actual name they are called.
      Virus sounds scary and makes big pharma billions.
      Why did Pfizer CEO and so many been exempt from taking mRNA shots?(Congress, etc)
      People have been misdiagnosed on purpose as exposed so hospital's keep getting more FEMA funds... All been exposed.
      Feel bad for all who suffer from side effect due to lab made poison injected into so many under pressure.
      Our bodies as Universe are self healing perfect biological machines if cared for they are amazingly healthy and durable.

    Thank you I was feeling very tired as I hadn’t slept enough for the past 2 nights and I lay down on my bed in the afternoon and dozed off ar 15 mins and slept soundly for 90:mins and felt terrific when I wakened and totally energised 🙏I love your videos

    My wife has been watching you and Ally Boothroyd since she was diagnosed with CPTSD due to familial abuse traumas and a Panic Disorder. This video in particular is her go-to for NSDR and yoga nidra! I’m an honorary fan.
    Side note/weird story though:
    Last night, I passed out and she was playing the usual favorites and the part in this video (at 20:24) that mentions the Earth drifting into the dark vastness of space (which normally relaxes her to hear) gave her a vivid nightmare about Earth running right into the sun/burning meteor, and it… was a graphically detailed nightmare. 😬🤣
    She woke up in tears but today we’ve been able to laugh about it. CPTSD is evil. Keep it up! She loves your channel

Firstly, it is so beautiful to hear that you two have been sharing Yoga Nidra practices, co-regulating your nervous systems and supporting one another. So inspiring. Secondly, know that every Yoga Nidra practice will be unique and different for every day we are a little bit different. It is important to listen to your body and your inner wisdom and know that you can come out of a YN at any time and that things may arise in the form of physical sensations, energetics, emotions or even out-of-body-experiences, for example. But you are in complete control of your experience. I am grateful you brought this to light. Thank you.

    Good morning Kristen Rose, a friend sent me your videos for sleep/ insomnia. For far too many years I have struggled with this.... getting to and staying asleep. Very light sleep in-between. And only 3-5 hours a night.

    Do you sell cd’s especially for insomnia? I also have sleep apnea so it’s very hard to get to sleep and stay asleep but I have been listening to you and I always fall asleep but still wake up. Not sure if it’s the apnea or because you are no longer there. You have the best nicest voice. I feel like you are my own guardian angel putting me to bed! Thank you Krystin! ❤️

    Holy crap somehow just had the most intense and surreal nightmare of all time. Woke up right at the end of the video it was honestly really cool and telling feel well tested and rested after. I was totally not expecting that going into this haha
