your weight loss journey is truly inspiring! It's amazing how you were able to find a strategy that worked for you, even while still enjoying some of your favorite fast foods. Your determination and mindset to make a change is truly commendable. Can't wait to hear more about your progress and see how your fitness journey goes once you start focusing on it later this year. Keep up the great work! I will choose burgers and French fries over salad any day - I'm working on that. 💪🥗🍔
Loved this. Start brainstorming small changes to make. Started at 384 and currently at 324. Removed soda and replaced with water/tea and later removed breakfast. Not only less calories, but spending less on food. Keep more like this coming.
Thank you so much for the great feedback!! Yeah this little change is what helped get me going, not to mention at the weight I was at, it was physically hard to workout the way you want to and that played in to the mental frustration. Exactly!! Your changes, different than mine but producing the results you are looking for, that's exactly what I'm taking about!! Great work keep it up!! My goal going forward is to upload a video like this once a week. I will continue to upload shorts as often as I make a reel for instagram like I've been doing... but I like the longer content too, I feel like I can never say what needs to be said in 60 seconds.
Not to say I'm in great shape but I'm amazed when I see really large people talking about how healthy they are and it doesn't matter they are really heavy. How many large old people have you seen? Thanks for this! 👍👍
For the first month or two I did. But I have note really since. At this point I know what I can get away with eating. I do track everything I eat on a spreadsheet. So if I where to start gaining weight I would review what I ate the week before and make adjustments based on that and on weeks where I was losing weight. Hopefully that made sense, I will make a video about this topic soon!

So many things I could reveal as to why it's not healthy to be overweight but I'm sure I would be attacked for sharing the truth!
Great Video! Did you keep track of your Calories on Keto?
