    WONDER ❄ | December 23, 2023 | I'm a fan of every single digestive practice Adriene flows our way, it's been a while since we did this one! I could tell my body is a little tired today in the lunge twists, but love every restorative pose in this practice! Great preventative flow for the next couple of days of eating and celebrating! 🎄🙏

    I just wanna say, I've been overweight since I was 10 and I've been trying to lose weight for quite a time now. I've been eating better for over a year, but I never stuck with any training routine. I started doing yoga with you in my living room and I lost over 30 pounds in 4 months! It's also really helped with my ADHD and my anxiety ! Anyways you are awesome and you made a difference in my life :)

    I have chronic and horrible gut problems from years of anorexia (painful bloating, constipation, trapped wind, indigestion… the whole shebang). They can be very difficult to keep under control enough to feel even borderline ok.
    HOWEVER, I have been doing this sequence pretty much every day for months, and it has made such a difference! I get both instant and ongoing relief, and now when my gut flares up (not so frequently now) I feel much more confident with what I have in my arsenal. It feels miraculous.
    I virtually never comment on TH-cam videos, but I just had to say thank you Adriene for changing my life. No exaggeration at all.

    This practice for the digestive system is more intense than our usual one. A surprisingly strong one, all good, but this senior yogi trembled a bit in runners lunge. But I breathed deep, skipped the vinyasa and chatarunga and collapsed into extended child’s pose 🙄 😂 with you Adriene, there’s always an option to suit all levels. Lovely, see you tomorrow on the mat 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️💕

    Balance Day 10 Dec 2021:
    It was such a soothing practice to come home to, after spending the day at a family gathering and heavy meals. Today's scheduled practice was such a right fit! I feel much lighter now, physically and mentally. Thank you for the yummy practice Adriene 🙏

    I thought this was the first time I had done this sequence since I had not clicked on like but now I see I liked some of the comments and also made my own eleven months ago 😅. Been busy with grading and will be leaving this evening to help a friend pack. This sequence has me in the right frame of mind for the weekend despite finding an error on my report template and having to re-do a bunch of student reports soon.

      @@jaybeebee5898 I am finding that to be the case. I think now that I have done more than 400 straight days, I find the nuances more easily whereas earlier on, perhaps, I liked based more on the surface feeling I got. I like all now.

    Ten years ago after eating too much I would have just thrown up - a mindset many will (thank god) never really understand, but now after nearly two months of doing yoga everyday I for the first time ate too much again and simply said to myself, Adrienne always has the right video for me, she will probably have one for feeling full too! And I am SO thankful for everything you do and teach us and share with us!!!! I feel incredible and grateful and it shifted my mind to focus on being friends with my body letting inner world and outer world melt through the breath! Thank you so much, light and love to you!     I've followed this practice many times over the years. It's a good one to come back to and check with the ol' digestive track trails. Every time you tell us that it's all about the full body experience, I hear Clark Griswold saying "it's all part of the experience." Brings a smile to my face.     I started doing yoga for my anxiety and other health/digestive issues during the start of Covid -19. Every time I do one of your videos I feel SO. MUCH. BETTER! Adrienne, I think you truly feel like a friend to those of us who follow you. (I consider you my imaginary friend - because I adore your personality and your expressions and sweetnesss and I feel like I know you-= which of course, I don't. But it makes me laugh to turn on my computer, pull up one of your videos and say, "oh there's my imaginary friend Adrienne. we do yoga together! lol". Thanks for being awesome!

    Another perfectly-timed practice :) Today my eating habits were at a very low point, the worst of this past week. Doing this practice, though, helped :) I also got to appreciate runner’s lunge fully for the first time! What an underrated pose! I hope everyone has a sweet day today😊

    In a month its gonna be my 1 year practicing yoga with you yaaay haah, without a day of skipping, I wouldn't do it with anybody else ,even poses that by now I know if you wake me up in the middle of the night I still do them every day with you, watching same videos over and over again, plus I feel less alone when I need a friend for company, love you girl 🙏🙏

    I feel like I need to tell you how grateful I am for you and your videos. About a year ago I broke my tailbone, and before that I could do a forward fold. I'm still struggling, but a forward fold feels more and more possible each day. Because of your videos, and my participation, this is possible! I was afraid I would always feel pain and would never be able to sit comfortably. Thanks to you my tailbone is happy, but other muscles are working to get there.
    Also, your videos this past year have gotten me through the hardest times of my life. They have allowed me to focus on my healing because I am just as important as those around me. You will never know how grateful I truly am!

    Adriene, I've been doing your yoga videos from time to time since last year but since the beginning of this year I've been very faithful to your channel because you have a way to show yoga (i don't know how properly explain it) that has done nothing but help me in my journey.
    I'd like to say a big thank you, thank you for everything and for being such a wonderful person. I'm so grateful, you have no idea.
    Sometimes I find myself crying doing yoga, especially when I do the bedtime practice. The first time it felt so weird that I had to look it up, I couldn't comprehend what was going on, but I feel relieved to know that it is normal. I've been done yoga with videos of other channels before I started with yours, but that never happened to me, the experience and sensations as well. So another thank you for you.
    I'll keep working and practicing even more :) thank you for being an inspiration

    I (55) started doing your yoga segments with my 18 year old daughter last summer (30 days of yoga for beginners). We were both able to get something good out of each workout. We love your workouts Adriane and both always get a chuckle out of them!!! I even got my son (21) doing them on his own from time to time!!! Love your sense of humour and your genuineness!!! ❤

    I have suspected IBS and many many food intolerances. When symptoms flare up it's so hard just getting onto the mat... But I always thank myself when I do because yoga WORKS. This routine relieves me every time and I am so grateful to you Adriene, for this wonderful routine.

    You are just so darn adorable. I've been having some digestive issues lately and this totally helped. I feel 100% better than when I started. I actually have stopped grinding my teeth at night since doing one of your practices each day. Now I wouldn't miss spending time on the mat with you for anything :).     This practice is so great! I had emotional overeating today and felt really bad both mentally and physically. Now I feel so much better! Thank you!)) Going to repeat this now for even better results.

    Oh my gosh, I love love love this yoga for digestion sequence. After my gall bladder removal, I have has some digestive issues. Since I've started using this sequence when I notice problems coming on, they are gone the next day. Thank you, Adriene!

    I plan to do this everyday to help me with IBS and Fibromyalgia. I will keeep you posted. I have been on a diet for 5 years now, not because I am fat but because of IBS. It’s extremely difficult to live with the pain. So let’s do it, YOGA WITH ADRIENNE.

    I have done this practice twice now, both when I was experiencing a lot of intestinal discomfort due to excess gas. By the end of this video, I was farting away and felt much more balanced in my gut. Thank you, Adriene, for the gas relief!

    Did this in my childhood home, in what is now my nephew's bedroom with an extra twin bed for when my niece comes over for a sleepover at Grammies. Their mini Christmas tree was the sweetest reminder of childlike joy 💚❤💚
