@@MasterVSolo Hi, We included a Double storey Rear extension and GF wrap around extension to the main planning application. The Dormer Loft was completed under PD. These 3 extensions were needed to achieve the size requirements for the flats.

Try to look for properties in their existing state over 130m2 with side access. This is a good starting point
